Stopped in while passing through with a tire issue. They were very helpful and nice.

Knowledge staff with small town morals and genuine hospitality and know-how. Always relatively quick and this store goes above and beyond to help their customers.

I really like the store in Henrietta the young man who waited on me was so nice, they had the part that I needed, he also took the time to look up my tax number he was very friendly. By the way the store was clean, and we'll stocked. so we're the employees.

Great service. Had the stuff I needed and got it too me. Was stranded on I-40 just outside henryetta on Sunday April 10th whoever was working that day did an amazing job. They couldn’t deliver from the store but had a friend run the radiator hose and coolant out to me . Can’t thank those guys enough for helping me they definitely deserve a raise for their customer care and creativeness to ensure they could serve their customer as best they could.

Excellent service! Had several problems in the middle of a road trip including a flat tire and check engine light kicking on. The employee, Josh, was a tremendous help. He took care of us on all counts and went above and beyond with service. Can’t praise enough. Thanks for getting us back on the road, Josh. Highly recommend!!

Helped me identify the low bean bulbs and replaced them for me! Can safely drive at night again 🙂

They have parts that I need..except AC AC compressor rubber washers to seal the freon from leaking out

I called ahead with a list of parts I needed for my rear brakes...basically everything but the studs and when I arrived everything including a little helpful advice and a few jokes was waiting on me. I love that no wait time. The worker was even kind enough to help me load the parts in my truck. A+ for him

Cannot say enough good things about this location! I broke down at midnight and managed to limp into their parking lot before the car quit. It was a very busy morning from the moment they opened, and both he and the young lady working with him were cool, calm, and collected. They had the part I needed in stock, loaned me tools to install it, and Asst. Mgr. Tim even made sure I had a couple donuts for breakfast he bought that morning for the rest of my trip north of Tulsa. They are prime examples why whenever and wherever I need auto parts, I look for the O'Reilly's sign.

A big thank you to the guys at the henryetta store. I got to the store after the doors were locked, with a major problem. Our car was stranded without a belt and 3 small kids in tow... The guys were class acts. They let me in, fired their computers back up and solved a huge problem! A big thank you gentlemen! This is the place to go for awesome service!

I had lost a caliper bolt and my brakes were slipping and not working right, they told me okmulgee had the part but I was not comfortable taking the truck with failing brakes down the highway. So the arranged to have someone from the other store meet me in my rural town and hand deliver the bolts to me. Amazing service. Amazin people.

As a mechanically illiterate person it was embarrassing to have to ask to have the window wiper blades change since I was a man 2 of the 3 people working made it seem like too much hassle Brandon on the other hand was willing to go out in the rain And do it for free But I Tips $5 just so he would No I appreciated him doing it and saving me the time and hassle it took 2 seconds but was worth it to me for them to do it Thanks Brandon for not embarrassing me and helping me out

The employees at Henryetta, Oklahoma's O'Reilly Store are outstanding and very helpful. They will assist in purchase items and provide their professional opinions for self auto repair and maintenance.

I think it's awesome they come out and check things for you and you can rent tools great place for a single female I have your car looked at
