Rustler's BBQ

The young lady working the counter, greeted us with a welcoming smile. We ordered two of Rustler’s, 1 Meat Meals: ¼ lb. pulled pork, two sides (Fried Okra and Baked Beans), Texas Toast, a pickle and a ring of red onion. Order and pay at the counter; your food is delivered to the table.
The air in the restaurant has a pleasant smoke aroma that combines with the décor of rustic rough-cut wood, rusty barn tin and a few beers signs, to give it a distinctive BBQ Joint feel. Surprisingly and thankfully, Classic 70s Rock music playing on the sound system. No, "dang me, twang me, they ought’a take a rope and hang me,” C&W music. A couple of big screen TVs with my favorite custom car TV series on one and Guy Feri doing the Diners Drive Ins and Dives on another. I would bet you a cold beer that NASCAR dominates all of the screens on weekends during the racing season. The restaurant is spotless clean and comfortable.
The food, some of the best BBQ and sides that I have had in Oklahoma. Noticeable freshness for every item on the paper lined aluminum tray. It is NOT okra season in Oklahoma, but you would be challenged to distinguish this from fresh. Fresh taste, fresh from the fryer, with the perfect light cornmeal coating finished golden brown. The baked beans were of equal quality. Obviously made this morning. Beans, onion, bits of green pepper in a tangy tomato BBQ sauce. The lean tender lightly smoked pulled pork sealed the deal. This is some damn good BBQ! Quality food!

Definitely making this one of my stops when I drive across country. This place was amazing and the brisket sandwiches were huge!! Had some need old pictures in the building too.

We were just passing through and found it on the map. It is really good. We had the spicy pork tacos w/potato dipper fries, BBQ melt with Dorito’s, and Chopped Brisket sandwich with Lay’s chips. Worth the detour off of I-40. 😋😋

General observations... Plenty of parking. No wait. Restaurant was clean, well lit and modern with a rustic decor. Food... Ordered the brisket. Nice smoke ring, moist and had a good smoke flavor. The pulled pork was slightly dry (but maybe that's how it's done here, I'm from the southeast) with a good smoke flavor. The fries were exceptionally good: it's crisp on the outside, soft on the inside french fry in the shape of a potato chip; which makes them great for dipping. The pickle fries were pretty good. Spears, not chips, crispy batter on a deli pickle. If I could take away a half a star for the Jesus stuff on the wall. I would... but I can't so, take this fifth star.

We have been trying to get here for more than a year. The BBQ was worth the wait! Ribs were fall off the bone tasty, pulled pork and slices brisket were really great! Sides were amazing! Service was really good (they checked on us 4 times). Absolutely amazing! We'll be back very soon!!!

Awesome food. Great atmosphere. Like family. Smoked turkey was to die for. You won’t be disappointed! My wife ordered the hamburger and said it’s the best burger she has ever had!

Excellent food! Excellent service! I had the pulled pork tacos with the bottle cap jalapenos (I added 2 extra tacos)... Highly recommended!! Delicious food, definitely coming back!

Amazing little place. Super cute restaurant. Stuff is very nice and smiles on thier faces. Very clean. Food was awesome! Had the 4 rib dinner corn on the cob Texas toast and red skin mashed potatoes... They were amazing and real not out of a box!! Will for sure love too eat there again. Also gives you a brownie for dessert. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!

Very good food and great staff! I was a bit surprised at the cost of a brisket dinner (almost $20) but the quality and quantity are so good I'm not complaining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is great as well. Top notch place I will definitely recommend to others!

Good food - they have a really good mild sauce, it tasted like it had a ketchup base I loved it - I had the MOAAB, a burrito stuff with pork turkey and beef. Try this place out

4th time eating at Rustler’s BBQ, and it never disappoints. If you’re traveling on I-40, take the time to stop at this great bbq joint. Ribs, brisket, bologna, turkey, and sausage are all very tasty. For sides, make sure to get the jalapeño bottle caps (a little spicy), fried okra, and potato salad.

First time trying it out and we love it.their buns are fresh and didn't get soggy or try to fall apart.their barbeque pork sandwiches are worth the price with chips of your choice

The food is ALWAYS good here. Great portions and you never leave hungry. You only leave wanting to come back for more. If you're in Henryetta stop by Rustler's and have some of the best BBQ around. Thanks to Steve and everyone who works hard giving our little town a great place to eat. Rustled up right!

Thats place is incredible! 2 halls, one bar with $4 beer on draft, outside tables.

Meat is incredible, as selection of sandwiches and sides. And guess what? You can even ask meet for the side dish - like hot link or one rib.

And dish of the year - bbq-ed bologna. Yep, smoke it, slice it and smoke it again. Fantastic.

Food was very good. I got the meat sampler plate, I don’t remember what it was called but I got Mac and cheese and potato salad for my sides. It was all very good.

This was our first time here and we found this place to be a bit hard to find, but well worth the extra effort. I am a very picky when it comes to bbq and/or smoked meats, this place exceeded my expectations. If you're in the area and trying to decide where to eat; do yourself a favor and come get some amazing flavor here!

Great food! Try the Reuben

We just had the "ALL IN". Everything you can think off to make a great family BBQ meal. Plus try their FAT BOY DELUX and win a hat. Very clean place with fun atmosphere. Plenty of room to park with your trailer. Service from the staff was fantastic with smiles and great attitudes.

Place is really nice and clean. Friendly fast service. My meal was very good and filling. I had to bring some of it home.
I recommend this place.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, great fresh coleslaw, fair price. I gave 5 stars because the 7 times I have ate here the meat has been perfect! I have tried several of the freshly made sides and have always been impressed. The best sit-down BBQ joint I have experienced. I know it is the best in Oklahoma.
