The best From scratch bakery around. Our neighborhood has enjoyed these delights since the owner started as a cottage business. Now with a commercial storefront that sells things like candle/jewelry from other local artists/vendors and has such a stellar vibe, we can’t stay awake. Gingers does our birthday cakes, my client treats and often a PMS stash emergency bail out. Definitely give them a try. Especially the ginger cookies! And the king cakes. #RainOrShine

This is my favorite downtown Winter Garden spot! Gingers has all the essentials needed for a tasty recharge: high quality coffee, a nice variety of treats, and a comfy sofa. Mandy (the owner) was super friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Oh and kids are welcome too... Our kids had apple juice and cookies while we "recharged"!

Mandy absolutely knocked it out of the park on a custom birthday cake and dessert bar for our party. She was such a pleasure to work with and shared in our excitement for the event. Everyone at the party loved the desserts. They were as delicious as they were beautiful. I’m so excited for the addition of this bakery to downtown Winter Garden. This place is the real deal!

So happy to have dropped in for the grand opening. Their whoopie pies are certain to become a thing of local legend. Don't miss the red velvet, blueberry lemonade, and pumpkin flavors. I had a hot Chai that was the perfect paring. I wish them many years of success and I'll surely be there as often as I can.

Gingers Baking, Co. is one of THE cutest bakery shops in the heart of downtown Winter Garden! Mandy + her Hubs are not only such a wonderful couple, but rather you can tell how much heart and soul the two of them put into it. Mandy crafts the yummiest whoopie pies I’ve ever had! Still dreaming about the chocolate one. 😋 so sinfully scumdiddlyumptious! I had so much fun getting to know them and I can’t wait to back!

Definitely try the coffee too! Highly recommend coming in, bringing a book, listening to some calming music, drink a coffee and eat all of Mandy’s pastries, all at the same time.

Move over Barnes & Noble/Panera Bread. Gingers is also the perfect study spot, too (but you better buy and sink your teeth into those pastries because you will not regret it).

What’s not to love about her amazing Whoopie Pies, cookies, and cakes. She uses the freshest ingredients and pours her heart into everything she makes. She’s friendly and welcomes all of her guests with a smile. I have bought whoopie pies for both work and family events and they were loved by everyone. My new favorite is her blueberry lemonade whoopie pie. Tried one this morning and it is to die for!! The right amount of sweet mixed with tart. Her bakery is a must try if you are anywhere near downtown Winter Garden.

Cute little dessert/coffee shop... but really so much more. The whoopie pies are the best, and a variety of flavors are usually always available. They have a few inside and outside tables. Anyone helping me out has always been very friendly.

Amazing food, delicious drinks, reasonable prices and a fun, hip atmosphere! We tried several whoopie pies (pumpkin and red velvet were favorites!), a graze board, and a hot chai. Everything was fresh and flavorful, U7you really can't go wrong. My kids were especially impressed 🥰

I have been here for a quick cup of coffee and a tea latte in the morning, or sitting out and having a chat with their friends on the patio. The Woopie Pies- you will melt from the taste! SOO GOOD! The lunch platters of charcuterie is perfect! I have tried her at the Winter Garden Farmers Market, but I am so happy she has a shop now to visit on Weekdays! Everyone Go!!!

Got an iced latte and some whoopie pies from here. The carrot cake was my favorite and my son's was the pumpkin, they were both amazining!!! We'll definitely be back for more!

Every year I use a bakery in downtown Winter Garden to bake my wife’s birthday cake.

This year I went with Ginger’s and I was so happy with the results. The cake was ready for pickup the day of the birthday party ahead of schedule and communicated promptly.

Amanda was even kind enough to help me walk it to my car since it was a bigger and heavy cake!

She made an amazing peanut butter chocolate cake with Reese’s cups on top. The astounding part was she was able to cut out cat silhouettes and place them all around the cake. It turned out so well!
