They were very kind and gave us samples. Food was delicious and I got a yummy mint. Bussin bussin 10/10 would go again

The food is great. I would recommend ordering takeout, however, because it is super crowded in there. What you order can get mixed up. I have found that they are more likely to screw up on your order if you start ordering different small extra things such as extra cheese and less meat, for instance.
Even with the sometimes wonky service, they are very kind and understanding, and the food is super good.
Also, the horchada is definitely worth getting 👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Ok I don’t normally write reviews but when someone does something exceptional and goes out of their way to do good I believe it’s worth mentioning. We were in a hurry to get lunch for my kids and as we got in line to order, the most polite man started taking our order and preparing our food. He made sure to notice my busy 4 year old and made a frisbee out of a plate for him while our food cooked. I am not certain what the gentleman’s name is but on his shirt sleeve it said “coach”. We went on to pay and his cheery attitude left us with a big smile on our faces. Today we got more than just food, we were given kindness which is in short supply but freely given by this kind person who certainly exudes light 💡 wherever he goes. Cafe Rio has a gem and we will certainly be back for extra doses.

Our order was to be ready at 12:50p. Arriving on time I found a large bag of food waiting to be picked up, but did not have our name on it. After trying to catch someone's attention and many others received their orders, they said there was no order with that name. Upon insistance, they found that it had been filled much earlier. Upon further insistance, they decided that the original bag on the shelf was our food, but with the wrong name on it. We were then allowed to take our cold food and was given a free drink for our trouble. This process took 25 minutes to finally work out and the food was cold.

The place was clean! The staff was nice and friendly! The food I got was a Tustado and it was really good! Tables were clean. The safe distance rule was in place here! First time here, ended up being a great experience!

Genuinely don’t understand how this store isn’t rated better. They do a very good job at keeping it clean (when it’s not slammed with students) and my food has always been well prepared. I go there a lot and have never been dissatisfied. 100!

The food was extremely delicious. I had the Carne Azada a tacos and they were fantastic.

I have been ordering through the app a lot more, and I have been very pleased with the accuracy of my order when I come to pick it up. There have only been a couple of times that one or two things were missing, and the staff was very happy to make sure that I got what was needed. The food always tastes fresh. At times, the tortillas can seem a bit dry or as if they had been sitting out for awhile, but that also does not happen too often. Overall, very pleased with this specific location! Highly recommend.

One of the few, the proud, cafe Rios that still give you plenty of meat and don’t skimp on it!! Finally!! Haha love this place since I moved to Utah and this location just did it justice. I got half pork, half steak,( secret way to get a bit extra meat) burrito with hot sauce and enchilada style! Love it like always and will come back!

This restaurant in Saratoga Springs never collapses, theres always a table available in the dining room. There’s a lady that works in the dining room whose name is Biela She keeps your table pristine and provides all attention you may need! Their salads are amazing (steak is my favourite)
