Donuts very fresh & delicious. 2 employees not enough & online orders seem to take precedence over in store customers. Hard to communicate when employees speak little to no English

Singee was incredibly sweet, and her warmth brightened up the whole store. I had such a great time here, absolutely loved it.

Much like everyone else, I’m here to just express how wonderful the cashier is. She warned me against adding sugar to already sweetened French vanilla and also took time to explain the differences between the syrup and the other. Then she politely demanded I let her know how it tasted in the event I didn’t like it. Anytime a customer walks in she greets them by their first name and knows what they want. I have been here for about 30 minutes eating and nothing has changed, this woman is a rock star! It is obvious she has loyal customers that come in to see her and if I owned my own company I would try to hire this woman on the spot.

This woman deserves recognition by the corporate office.

Awesome experience employee there was very nice and helpful. She was quick and efficient and seemed knowledgeable. The line was not long at all considering a busy weekend like memorial day weekend.

I rarely write reviews but I had such a great experience here I felt I NEEDED to write one. EXCELLENT customer service, SPARKLING clean bathrooms, and an overall lovely and clean atmosphere! Could not have asked for more. Shoutout to the lady worker for being so kind :)

This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts location. It’s in a convenient area with a large parking lot. The woman who I believe is the owner is always there with the sweetest and most welcoming attitude. She makes the best lattes and everything is always so fresh!! The store is well kept and clean, you can also sit at one of the many tables they have to eat, have coffee, or ice cream from baskin robins.

This is my Home location and the staff here are fantastic!
They are always smiling and helpful.
Never had a problem with consistency here.
I have found that some locations are inconsistent with their sugar/cream levels.

Recently, they took out Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, but I just go there for DD.

Friendly customer service, very clean and a well organized store. Large parking lot and conveniently located on Rt 23 southbound side. Dine in not permitted. Restrooms closed due to Covid-19. No drive through but fast and accurate with ordered items. Masks were worn by all workers inside. Excellent experience and I will visit location again. Thanks👍

Come here every morning. Never disappoints. They do get fairly busy in morning rush. Suggest using the app to order which is what I do. Get in and get out! Lol

Having been here a couple times. I actually like coming here in the evening. It's pretty quiet and has nice music playing the background. The coffee here is great too. The owners here actually take care of the store.

Some little thing can make a big difference when someone help you. Singa is her name and she is amazing. Hope I spell her name right. But let me tell you that she is the best and she makes great coffee. Love this place

The cafe Latte was different than usual, it was very tasty.
Also, there is no Baskin-Robbins in this location!

Just went in not a customer in the place. During this time it was a comfort to not have anyone present to possibly get me sick. At the same time I highly recommend going there as the employee working was great and appreciated the businesses.

This is a very clean and well stocked Dunkin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I love this Dunkin'. The regular staff is pleasant ans never forger how i life my coffee. The line is starting to get longer but the staff keeps it moving. Coffee is ALWAYS fresh.

They always have my order ready when I walk through the door. They're very friendly I am absolutely love it here.

I always see the same staff here, and they're always friendly. Very good at custom coffee orders, always quick and accurate.

Doughnuts had a good amount of cream not like others I have visit that gives too little coffee was.good I've seen some DD water down the coffee. Not the case here
