Walgreens Pharmacy

Not my home pharmacy, but a great alternative when im in this area. The pharmacists not only usually answer the phone, but they are nice and extremely helpful. I've started filling as many scripts here as I could. The one time I dealt with a tech, she was just as friendly and helpful as the pharmacists. Nobody wants to be sick or take medication, but these people make it more pleasant.

I needed some help using the Walgreens picture kiosk on North Avenue and Hwy 100 because I was using more than one device. Shannon and Liberty were extremely helpful. My friend who came with me needed help with her phone to get the pictures out of iCloud and back in her phone. Liberty, who’s a manager there, worked a long time to help her fix the problem. And when some of colors in the pictures looked wrong, Paul helped us with reprints to make the images look better. The employees at this Walgreens really went out of their way to help us. It was awesome customer service from all 3. Thank you again.

Great service despite being crazy busy. Staff were wonderful and made it easy to pick up meds.

Update: got flu shot here and it was quick, smooth, and professional. Truly appreciate the staff. Haven’t had a bad experience yet here.

The pharmacy employees are always very friendly and helpful and most important, efficient. For me this is the choice for off hour prescriptions. The rest of the store is also very nice.

The Walgreens store I shop at is Wauwatosa, Wi.At north 76th and Center St.They have the best and most helpful, courtesy and knowledgable pharmacy.The pharmacists 2 and two of the technicians are the BEST.THEY ARE HELPFUL, CURTIOUS AND ACCURATE WITH ALL THERE SERVOCE TO ME.The store staff are also helpful.It is just maddning when the store staff rings up wrong pricing on sale and coupon items and even regular store items.Then it is like they want me to go check the items price from that isle.REALLY!! It is mostly the younger staff.Your longtime staff should be treated very good. due to the excellent work they perform on a daily basis.YES, it is thete job but, you do not and cannot find help like this today.MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO OPEN UP there EYES and HEART.REALLY. LIGHTEN UP, BE KIND TO YOUR DEDICATED, HARD WORKERS IN YOUR STORE AND ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY.Management take this advice.REALLY.....

24 Hrs open Pharmacy

I tried to get Dupixent, that was prescribed from my allergist doctor. The process took 2.5 months for the "Specialty Walgreens to finally get the order approved and by then I was living in another state and had new insurance. The worst part was when ever I called, either there was not a person answering or I would get transferred several times and always end up talking to the same immature female who would sigh and was rude. Overall, use Evergreen Pharmacy out of West Bend, WI. Evergreen got me Dupixent to my door within the day or next day. This Walgreens couldn't even transfer one pre-authorized refill to another (Grafton, WI) pharmacy and they had 2.5 months of supposedly trying! If this were a specialty medicine such as Insulin, I would be DEAD.
