Update 1/11/23- things have gotten much better! Lines move quicker and my order is always correct. Great job! Changed my review from 1 to 5 stars.

Latte machine was down for 2 months. They got a new one in the last month or so. It’s already down lol. This place must be bleeding cash.

Sad they got rid of the loaded tater tots & jelly sticks.

Jasmine is my favorite co worker because she went above and beyond to give me a donut and a coffee for free when I didn’t have my wallet and she was getting yelled at by her boss Liz behind her but she still had a smile on her face definitely gets 5 starssss

I had a amazing experience with a woman named Ashley O. I was visiting the Dunkin Donuts on Mohawk Trail in Greenfield. There were two other girls what I think was the manager but they were extremely rude to me. And to the other employee.

Bagel bites are the bomb, the donuts suck and my brother works here so I had a blast

Melanie F is the bomb and a very friendly pretty lady who works hard and makes my coffee perfect each and every day! Love her! DD has a great employee with her and they need to keep her as I go in much more often than I ever did. She is a valuable asset to DD.

I am so happy to see Melanie back at work. She was missed very much. Love her!

Leo S made my extravagantly strange coffee perfect and then took very good care of me, excellent customer service, seeing as I was on my way home back to Connecticut and in a rush he handled things in a timely manner as well. Keep up the good work!

End to a good day. On November 8th, after spending the day in Vermont we stopped for gas and coffee at our favorite Mobil/ Dunkin Donuts in Vermont before heading home to CT. After getting gas our car wouldn't start. The two employees at Dunkin were so nice and helpful, they knew we had a problem and offered their assistance right away. Michael and Trisha insisted we wait inside to keep warm...it was a real cold night...After the flat bed truck came to bring us home Michael and Trisha made sure we had plenty of hot coffee for our trip home. I want to Thank them very much for being so thoughtful and caring....Its hard to find hard working polite employees today. Good work guys and Happy Holidays to you both.....R & L in CT

I asked for less ice in my iced latte, and they actually listened and gave us less ice, unlike when I asked other Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff was also very friendly and outgoing, and got our orders perfectly.

They make Good coffee but u can't go inside .
