I ran into the store last minute on a Sunday to grab some of their new plush edgeless microfiber towels and a rifle case. The prices were already amazing and the staff was great as well. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for I approached the cashier Whitney who paged the store manager Josh who got me some of the towels from their secret stash in the back!! As I was checking out Whitney pulled out a coupon that saved me $50 off the rifle case which literally meant I got my microfiber towels and rifle case for less than the original cost of the rifle case! Whitney also got me a free bucket and held the door for me on the way out! Exemplary staff and great products with an even better price. 5/5 experience! Whitney deserves recognition for her great attitude and work ethic!

They have decent quality tools at an affordable price. Never had a problem with them.

If you need a really long screw driver and a great assortment of Springs, this is the place to be.

The customer service here is awesome I bought multiple items today and the best part is when they have their coupons is it good deals already on top of good deals and everybody on the floor even the cashiers are very helpful in locating the items that you need it was busy when I went in there but they were knocking them out fast so no matter if you see a crowd still going to get taken care of and just like I said look for those coupons in the paper if not get registered for them to send it to your house

Pretty good place to buy tools. Predator Generators are top notch, and I have had two of them. I shop here quite often and will continue to do so.

I buy a LOT of stuff from this Harbor Freight location, and have worked in retail myself (so I know how difficult customers can sometimes be). Thanks guys for be so great!

Great to restock basic tools at an amazingly low price. Driven by so many times and decided to stop for a simple covering for the Buicks cargo area to transport my old greasy bike. Who new I would get such a bargain.

This establishment has everything you could think of, as far as tools are concerned.

Very helpful staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Well laid out items, and locations. They are extremely helpful here. I purchased a generator, and there was a coupon for it 8 days later. They simply refunded the difference no questions asked. I completely recommend checking out this location.

Good place to go for tools but they don't last long.

Fully stocked store. Store was clean and organized. Employee's helpful and friendly. Lots of great deals.....7/28 revised visit: store still clean and stocked. Only one cashier, there was a line of 4 people. Watched the cashier greet everyone that came in the store while ringing up customers. Cashier had to help someone find something, so he went and showed him in 30 seconds and back at the register. Honestly this was probably the fastest I've ever stood in line there. I even asked the cashier, did everyone get up and leave you by yourself today 🤔 He said no, there's two other people working. Everyone in the line looked around because they had us fooled. Store full of customers, line for the register, customers looking for items and only one person running the store, and in a pleasant mood!! Give that young man a raise!

Harbor Freight is exactly what it's meant to be. A way to gey tools that you want but don't need a lot for a price that makes sense. Are they the best...no. Are they good for occasional use...heck yeah. This particular store seems to have cleaned up a little which was nice to see. I was avoiding it for that reason but I will start using it again.

Kind and very helpful employees. What ever you need I'll bet you find it here. Whether it's something simple or something big.

7/23/2023 I was looking for a particular tool cart in green and didn't see any on the floor. I found an associate who was taking inventory and asked if there were any green carts in the back? She said let's go find out. Sure enough there was one in the back. I wasn't in a vehicle to transport it because it was the 34" roll cart. But we did find a smaller cart which I needed as well and I'll be back tomorrow for the big boy. Thanks Jessica 👏.
