I don't often visit this location, but whenever I do the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and items are easy to find. Highly recommend for an home improvement needs if you're in the area.

I am in Georgia and wanted to surprise my sister (who lives about 7 miles from this store) with a new gas grill. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice and thorough. The grill was not in stock and needed to be ordered. The employees stayed on top of it. The assembler showed up the morning after the grill arrived at the store. The staff was able to get the grill delivered that day!! Going the extra mile to get it done. I was amazed when my sister sent me a picture of her new grill in her driveway fully assembled. This was a great experience. Customer Service, Outside Garden, the Assembler and the Delivery person all worked in unison and was able to make it look easy.

Abe, at the Southport Rd Home Depot tool rental department, worked with me to solve a truck rental error that could have cost me $5000 unnecessarily. He is so kind professional and knowledgeable. It is a rarity you find people that even care to do a job correctly but Abe surpassed my expectations. He saved me a big headache and likely an overdrawn bank account. Thanks Abe!!!

A great selection of home improvement and packing supplies. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great place to get all your lawn care. Outdoor furniture plants are indoors and outdoors and they carry some food. Of course all your painting needs painter supplies spray paint pick your color they'll make it for you right at the counter. They have self-checkouts and cashiers but you can order online have your order ready and have it delivered right to your car or pick it up when you're ready just walk in send them to your give me your information and you'll be good to go load it up in your car for you or you can load.

Deserves all of 5 stars. Aside from posting a chicken hawk at the front to hound people with stupid offers as they come in, the staff has always been fantastic here. So much so that I actually know people when I come in and stop by to say hello. Finding things is easy if you want to do so on your own by using the app or ordering for pickup. This is a fantastic Home Depot.

I love this store. The employees are very friendly and helpful as well. The store manager Joe is the best! I ordered two freezers from here with hopes of renting their vehicle so that I can transport the freezers to my home. Unfortunately they had no rental vehicles available so the store manager Joe personally deliver my freezers. Talk about great customer service! This store goes over and beyond. Thank you so much.

I sent in to buy my third set of washer dryer. I had previously bought the other two at another box store who I won't bother to name. Horrible experience.
Today I was lucky enough to get the wonderful associate Gen. She took care of everything, got help from another dept. She walked me to another dept found the items,Then finished my order. I wish I had found her sooner. It was a busy day in there and because she knew her job I was fortunate enough to get in and out quickly. Prices were reasonable and she put notes in my order to facilitate my install. Thank you Gen thank you Home Depot.
