A clean, well stocked bike shop. The floor displays were helpful to me, particularly when picking out a bike rack. Did the work on my bike quickly and for a very reasonable price. The staff are excellent. They really know their products.

Awesome customer service great bike shop full of awesome bikes and cool gear. I went there after I had problems from another lbs working on my bike and Not being able to fix the problem. Their knowledgeable mechanics were able to knock it right out. Definitely give this place five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In my experience- this is the best Oro Valley Bike location. Cory sets pace and he is 110% pro active in customer service. You will not regret going out of you way to shop at this location. I went to his store from Phoenix after having a phone and text conversation with him.

The best service, best prices. These people go out of their way to make sure their clients are well taking care of. Excellent management and great variety of products. I have never been but very impressed with their customer care

I showed up on a Sunday when they opened, desperate for help with a malfunctioning rear derailleur. The two mechanics helped me immediately and had the problem diagnosed and remedied within 30 minutes. Holiday saved. Highly recommended!

I just want to give a shout out to the store and Cory in particular.

I live in Dallas, TX and have been searching all over for a specific bike. The manufacturer’s website listed several stores that had the bike, but this was the only one within 1000 miles that actually did.

When I called Cory helped me. He was pleasant to talk with, he sent me photos to make sure the bike was what I wanted, got me a price for everything (including shipping), got it boxed up VERY well (thanks to whoever wrapped and boxed it), and let me know when it shipped and when I should get it. You may not think all that is a big deal, but when you’re talking about a very expensive bike, it matters!

The bike arrived today and within 30 minutes I had it reassembled and was riding up and down my street. If I lived in Tuscon, I have a feeling this would be the store I'd be using!

My experience for repairs, maintenance, and purchases has been very solid. They are not the cheapest place in town, but quality of work and timeliness of service is very good. The old adage, "you get what you pay for" is significantly important when we are talking about the only thing between me and the hard pavement!
My water bottles are both walking advertisements of the store!

This shop is top notch. I dealt with the whole team during my latest purchase. I am a difficult customer that can't make up my mind, and ask a million questions,but I never felt like I wasn't welcome. Customer service is second to none. I did have a small issue with my new bike on the first ride, but I stopped back in and they made good on it right then and there. I shop at this one and the Ina/Shannon location. Can't go wrong at either place. This is what an LBS vibe is supposed to be.

A riders store, from BMX to downhill, the crew here has done it all and relates to their customers. I don’t feel like I’m shopping but rather hanging with my friends in the shop…. Tony and John rule!

I can't give this bike shop enough praise. The sales team was honest and knowledgeable and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Seems like many retailers just want your money. Not the case here. Whether you spend $500 or $5k. You will be treated the same at This bike shop. The friendly no pressure sales and the service reminders make this the place to shop. Cheers!

If you want Specialized bikes or gear, this is the place to go. The staff are very helpful.

Brought my mountain bike in for replacement of the shifter cables which had decomposed, the crew was great when I dropped it off I told them not to rush when they said they would have it done the next day (I brought it in at closing) and that I probably wouldn’t be able to pick it up for a week. They still finished it the next day mid morning and I was able to sneak away and pick it up. The work was done right, looks clean and the shifters work better than they ever have.

The price was good and they even gave my bike a little TLC. Will definitely be back when I’m ready to buy my next bike or need anything further service.

Cory was very helpful and knowledgeable. Specialized corporate honored a phone quote, even though it seemed to be an excessive discount for a MTB. I would definitely shop there again.

Oro Valley bicycle is fantastic. They have a very friendly staff, are super knowledgeable about their bikes and everyone was so helpful. Cory the manager tries incredibly hard to satisfy, and it comes naturally. Recommend very highly.

Great store, awesome & friendly sales and repair staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They appreciated me as a customer, even though I had an older bike and didn’t buy big dollar products on my visit. They also accommodated my repairs quickly and expertly, and even provided excellent text message updates on when it was going to be ready, saving me an extra trip when I was still in the area!
