My brother and I visited this store for the first time ever (and definitely not our last), the customer service is unmatched. Manny was taking care of us and he’s very passionate and amazing at finding the right perfume. I didn’t intend on buying anything but he found something great for me at an affordable price for a student. There are huge discounts as well, my brother bought a fragrance that was $100 off the original price. Everyone should shop for perfumes here 100%

Had an itch to get a new fragrance but didn’t want to spend big money at a retail store so I stumbled upon this nice spot! Mannys very knowledgeable and helps shoppers out on both options on what to buy and save some money in your pocket! I highly recommend and would come back when I’m in town

Took my mom here to get a perfume for her birthday / upcoming trip. Manny worked with my mom to find a scent profile that works with her chemistry so you end up with something you know will smell great all the time in and out of the bottle.
The best part about it is that he did it all with a smile and upbeat attitude. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and cares about his customer.

Will be coming back here to pick up some cologne for myself. Selection is great and so are the prices.

Whatever you’re looking for, this man has. Or he has somthing that smells even better than what you originally wanted. 10/10 experience, he was also very nice and kind enough to let us know his thoughts on what it smelt like on our skin. Best place for fragrances!!

Stopped in on my lunch break to check it out and was greeted by Manny. Being slightly new to the fragrance world and had been collecting for a year or so I decided I wanted to look at some niche fragrances and Manny was definitely accommodating, let me smell anything I wanted and helped me choose a cologne. I won’t do business anywhere else. He has a crazy collection to choose from, don’t waste your time driving up to Boston for your fragrances when Premier Perfumes is right in the heart of our state !

Hands down 5 star service by Manny. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and you can tell he loves what he does, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend this spot to anyone who wants great customer service, amazing pricing, and quality product. Can’t speak highly enough of Manny.

Great personality & Amazing service. Soon as I gave him 3 of my favorite expensive perfume brands, he found me 10 perfumes all cheaper and long lasting scents that I truly loved. I want to buy the whole store, yet I was still not forced to buy anything but will definitely be back to buy my favorite scent. Lastly, BEST PRICES EVER!!!

Stopped by with my wife and daughters and we had a wonderful experience. He has an excellent selection of perfumes and colognes priced right. The customer service is top notch and Manny makes sure you are completely satisfied with your selection. This place is definitely worth a visit.

The owner Manny provides an excellent service, shines with integrity and I think he is THE GUY you go to if you want fragrances. He knows his stuff and loves giving the customer a deal. He always shows you the price comparison to let you know what’s up, is very generous with samples of the products, and to top it off you get your purchase gift wrapped, free of charge.
I even had to make a return because I bought a perfume set as a Mother’s Day gift which I did not realize my mother had already owned, so I went back to the shop and Manny offered a full refund - but I instead opted for an exchange and with that I got an even better deal - so come to this store!!! He’s really gonna go far with this level of service, and I feel he really cares about the customers. Happy with my gift choice and the whole experience.

We LOVE this shop and the owner. My sister and I visited with basically no knowledge of perfumes and wow — Manny spent so much time not just curating scents from our preferences but also giving us so much education! We’ll definitely be back and can’t say enough good things about our experience!!

The only place my son shops for cologne. Manny is always so patient and knowledgeable of the different scents that compliment his natural scent. Definitely worth the money, which is always reasonable.

There's a very good reason I take the hour and twenty minute drive from Worcester to Providence and visit Premiere Perfumes a few times every year. The area is incredible and full of life. The owner, Manny Maciel is an incredible guy who could teach every HR department in the country a few things about real customer service. And the fragrance selection is 2nd to none. It's like fragrance heaven for anyone who considers themselves a member of Frag-Comm. I go in there thinking I know what I want to buy and then I discover multiple fragrances that I didn't even know existed or were supposedly discontinued years ago. Just this past Saturday I walked out of there with a bottle of Prada Amber Homme Intense and a bottle of Valentino Uomo: Noir Absolu and yes it's as incredible as you imagine it is 🤘

I visited Providence for a few days with my friend and we got the absolute best service here! The owner specifically picked out specific scents depending on our preferences and we both walked out absolutely ecstatic with our new scents! He is very knowledgeable and was so fun to talk to! The prices here are UNBEATABLE, will definitely be back even if I have to come all the way to Providence 😩
