AT&T Store

I walked in and my girl Nataliz made the process so easy. I told her I hat I was looking for and what I needed to happen and she made it all happens and then some. I actually ended leaving with a whole mother device because she was so accommodating and informative during my visit. This willl definitely be my new location to visit when I conduct business. For the record to any of the higher ups that may be viewing this it was kind of hard to tell the store was open much less even there. The store front is far removed from the road. I work in Wayne and for a year straight I road by wondering if the store was open. I’m sure there is a lot of other customers that can’t tell you guys are open as well. But nonetheless your staff was great and Nat is AWESOME!!! Thanks Nat!!!

I came into this store for help with Sim issues I had. I went to multiple stores and spent countless hours on the phone and no one could assist me. After being helped by the team in this store my phone was up and running within minutes !! I highly recommend shopping in this location.

Another carrier to Att. Nataliz, the store representative was able to do it in 10 minutes! I was on the phone with customer service for over 5 days 2 hours at a time and she was able to do it in 10 minutes! Highly recommend agent! And great experience with her! If you need help she’s your person!

Had a wonderful experience with Dash. Everyone in the store was courteous and knowledgeable but she was who mainly helped me. She was very welcoming and showed so much interest in resolving all my concerns not to mention she made my transfer from Verizon to AT&T a breeze didn't have to do practically anything. I will definitely be headed back to the same store if any other concerns with my service should arise. Very satisfied with my visit.

I had the female associate help me set up two phones and two lines. Very patient and helpful completing my transactions. The other associates helped me understand the different features of each phones as well. Everyone was helpful and attended to me in a timely manor. Very convenient.

I went to the location to move my late husband's lines to my FirstNet account and add the family plan. Originally, I went to the Rt 3 location and was misinformed, more than once, that I needed something I didn't to have this done, along with Manager approval, which come to find out, was not correct. Anyway, long story short, Norman and Nataliz were exceptional and compassionate, in assisting me with getting my issue resolved. They even offered options to help me save money. I even went back and upgraded 2 of the lines and Norman was so patient with helping me transfer my moms phones. As a former AT&T employee, along with my late husband who worked Corporate Sales til his death in April, the employees at this store are what you strive to be and look for. I can not thank them enough for all they did to help me. Unlike the Rt 3 location, where their misinformation and lack of knowledge when it comes to delicate situations like mine, their ability to go above and beyond should be commended.

Nataliz is the best. She helped me resolve an 11 month issue that no one could figure out, in less than 30 minutes.

Love coming here. Reps are always helpful and people actually know what they’re doing here. I always have horrible experiences elsewhere but coming to this store is always a great experience. Gonna make this my go-to store for all of my future transactions. :-)

The staff at the Little Falls location is outstanding. After having the 1-800 customer service for ATT basically mess up my order for a new phone, the Little Falls location spent two hours to fix the problem, to make sure I could purchase the phone I wanted. They were amazing. The manager Michael was outstanding, patient and conscientious. I couldn’t be happier with this service. I will only go to this location from now on.
