Wnt in on vacation and the gentleman who helped us was so knowledgeable (I WISH I REMEMBERED HIS NAME!!!) He helped both of my adult daughters get into shoes that actually fit their for their step/walk and took away the pain they had been in at the end of the day!! And helped me understand my own and why I had trouble finding a shoe that was comfortable for me. All while explaining terms of different foot steps and problems we were having!! Loved him!! Have worn ASICS for years myself, was just having a problem finding a new pair!

Keith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I went in looking for shoes to wear for work where I am on my feet 8 hours a day. He gave me several options and was even able to find the ones I really liked on the clearance rack! I will definitely go back for my next pair of shoes!

I usually fit a Xl but large fit great. And the guy that checked us out was great he made sure we got our deals even when it didn't come off he fixed it. Love his customer service

I wish I'd gotten the names of the gentleman and lady that assisted us on Sunday7/22. We had been in several shoe stores already where we felt smothered by the staff and didn't feel like they were listening or there was no room to try on shoes. We found this store to be comfortable and the help was perfect in knowledge and just the right amount of assistance. Oh, and the price was so good I bought two pair. High recommendations.

Hands down the best shoe shopping experience! Mr. C. Peterson is wonderful. So knowledge and kind. I even gave him a big hug before leaving. He listened to my doctor’s shoe guideline and watched me walk to come up with the perfect shoe in the correct size. He even showed me the proper way to lace up and tie my shoes. The shoes are well worth the money and Mr. Peterson is priceless.

Make sure to compare online prices. They matched with no problems and were very helpful.

My family came in looking for childrens shoes. The store does NOT have much. I will give the staff props for trying to help us the best they could with what they had. My son has wide feet and is hard to fit. They tried their best to accommodate us. Were super patient with us. We didn't end up buying from them but that is because they really only had one shoe that fit him.

Stopped by on Veterans Day and they had some amazing sales going on. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It's rare to find such a high level of customer service these days. Highly recommend you talk to Chris to evaluate which shoe will work best for you.

This outlet store has Such great deals!!! I love ASICS already so was thrilled to see they had an outlet store in this center. They had excellent t-shirts for sale for only $8 each!!! Since we were a Tanger rewards member, we got the shirt for $7 which was even better! I wish I would have bought more!!! I would highly recommend this outlet store to anyone needing some good athletic gear.

Shannon and Keith are exceptional! I'm incredibly hard to fit, narrow women's size 12 structured. These 2 have been very helpful and patient helping me find something that fit.
Most recently, Shannon was so kind, she found and put on hold 2 different size 12 for me. I have NEVER been able to find 2 pairs of t shoes that fit well and we're not exactly the same. I have 2 pretty t shoes, not guy shoes for the 1st time in my life! THANK YOU😊👍😊.
