I absolutely love LOFT! I got a package from them the other day with two items missing. I called customer service and instead of doing what a bunch of stores do and just refunding me the money and making me order it again, they just sent me the missing items!!! They made it easy to be a customer and I love shopping with them!! The customer service lady was incredibly helpful and took care of it in a matter of just a few minutes! The exact same thing happened with H&M and they were terrible! LOFT put them to shame and I told them so! #veryhappycustomer

This store has a large selection of clothes for women. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is also very clean.

Wife loves this store. She always finds good deals and the staff is very helpful in looking for stuff she is looking for. The store is well priced and the location is really good.

Loved the store. Prices where wonderful. I am a small woman and you had 00. I got 4 beautiful tops ,a dress, and a long sweater for 83.00. Will definitely be back.

Oh Lordie my Lizzy & Denna went nuts in here lol me too I really like the way they display their items.They put outfits together so you can see what they look like jewelry & all.
