Mobile order exactly right and they even let me add something when I got to the drive thru! Excellent service!

Love to come here. UPDATED... Today I walked to the store and didn't have a mask...egads. but as I walked in while trying to cover my face the team offered a mask. Kindness and consideration. Thank you, Starbucks! You are classy.

In the last few years of moving and changing jobs, I have been to many starbucks in CT on a regular basis, and this is the one that gets it right 99% of the time. No shop is perfect but I rarely have a mistake made here and it's refreshing to actually have the drink made that I ordered every time!

I have been to this local Starbucks many times. When I walk through the door I am hit with the lovely aroma of warm freshly roasted coffee. It creates a warm fuzzy feeling that sends positive energy to whoever walks through the door. As someone who mainly buys refreshers I am always happy with what I receive. I usually get the strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade (light ice and 4 pumps raspberry with no strawberries). This drink fills me with the feeling of a beautiful summer day. the fruity flavor and the acidic lemonade balancing out the sweetness of the sugary sweet raspberry. I take a sip and and feel a cool rush of happiness. Although the prices may get high, it is always worth it to have a delicious and flavorful drink. Although these workers may give you the wrong drink, it adds a sense of surprise to your day.

I come here every Friday and this is the perfect place to relax and have a custom (or regular) drink of your choice. The costumer service is exquisite. When I get handed my caramel frappuccino, non fat milk, no whip cream, my day is instantly magical. I dance around happy that I have my gorgeous drink. It comes out instantly which makes my day even better. The aroma makes my day. I recommend going to this starbucks if you want happiness and an amazing time.

Took forever in the drive thru for my drink and it wasn't how I ordered it. The guy even repeated my order (again 1 drink!) And they didn't get it right.

I usually don’t care to write reviews about my experience but this one is so well deserved.
I go to different locations very often as I am not from around the area, but I often stop and this Starbucks when I go to visit my parents as it’s on the way. I always go through the drive through. There’s a barista who wears a hijab, I think her name is Sadie, I hope I didn’t get that wrong, but she is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, and caring, such an amazing attitude. She makes me feel so welcomed, shows so much respect towards the customers. She is excellent at her job. I am not sure if I can reach out to a manager or corporate, I really do hope that they consider this review, because I never ever had such an amazing experience at Starbucks.
I am only giving 5 stars because of her. Starbucks is so lucky to have an employee like her.

Popped in when it was slow, as they were cleaning up. Always nice to see. Ladies restroom clean that's always a plus!
I enjoy the friendly and helpful staff whether walking in or at the drive through.

Great staff at the Watertown store. Friendly, and always reliable service. I love using the app but even though I don't come in to place my order (just to pick up) the staff makes a point to greet me. It would be easy for me as a customer to walk in, grab my coffee and go without any human interaction but I've found that I always get at least a smile. Pleasant way to start my day.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks employees at the Watertown CT on Main st . All of their employees are super friendly, efficient and always remember my drink combo. I would like to give a special shoutout to *Jacob*,he always greets me with a smile and a funny story, which makes my day amazing. Thank you for always being my ray of sunshine . And making my drinks spot on every time 😋

I love my hometown Starbucks. Many of the baristas have been there for many years and are good, friendly people. I usually get in and out fairly quickly even if the place is busy. This is a well lit location...lots of sun...good for those who need to get out during the winter and want a cup of coffee and some 🌞

Only thing they need is to improve their seating arrangement and add more by optimizing the space. Also people try to avoid the high top seating in the middle like the plague, should be replaced.

My fav Starbucks. The staff is so welcoming when you go in to pick up an order. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in and as I’m walking out. Coffee is great too

I walked in and placed my order. My name is Rubi. I think the barista wrote down my name as L. And they have called my order 20 times but I’m nervous that it is not mine. I haven’t asked… but HOW DID YOU CONFUSE RUBI TO L? 😂 for that I give you 5 stars because you made me laugh

recently visiting ct. and although they are consistently busy, the employees knock out those orders, quickly. there should be a, be kind to a barista, day for how much i have seen employees treated poorly, across the world by rude customers, for no reason.

I went here once and had the experience of friendly staff who went as to far as saying...what can we do to keep you coming back as a customer?...I felt valued immediately and was impressed with the attitude of the staff and the drink as well. They have a small outdoor patio and it is a good little place for a quick coffee/tea and to relax for a bit.

Excellent! Great coffee and also friendly Baristas! We enjoyed the joke posted on the window you can read while you wait in line :) total dad jokes but made me and the kids laugh!

Never had a bad experience at the Starbucks. Nice place to meet colleagues, clients and friends.
