I love this store! The staff are always friendly and helpful! I’ve told a lot of people to choose THIS location, because they’re so great there! Always clean, I don’t feel like I’m getting a contact high like some smoke shops, and great selection of items with the best prices!

There isn’t enough stars in the universe to be able to truly give Hillsdale wild bills the review it deserves. Crystal and Jessie are the most fantastic employees/customer service experts that you could possibly hope to encounter. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time of day they are always smiling and eager to help. Would give 20 stars if I could. Also the deals and perks are pretty good too but it’s not why I keep coming back. It’s the family atmosphere

I love this place and all the ladies that work there! They have pretty good prices and a lot to choose from. They even have 20% off on Wednesday (only on certain items). I go here often to buy disposable vapes but I have also bought Kratom and they have decent quality stuff.

No wonder this store is as amazing as it is running under the management it is. She is so great on having all the information you could need to make an informed decision.
Jessie is also amazing and knowledgeable in all information she gives. Five star for your company and great choice in management. I'll be coming back to these ladies for sure!

The staff is extremely friendly. I know every time I walk in I’m getting a personalized experience with a staff that takes customer service seriously. And the store itself is awesome. They’ve got everything you could possibly need.

Had to get on here and let everyone know how absolutely amazing JESS and CHRYSTAL are!!!! I stopped going anywhere else because these girls are so good at their jobs. Their customer service is impeccable!! I even tried to talk Jess into coming to work for me lol but she's too loyal to her company 😊 Give those girls a raise!

Stopped in today and had such a great experience couldn't help but share. I waited on by two amazing ladies that were able to help me make the perfect choices for my vapes. I having recently switched from cigarettes I was wary of spending to much but with this place your always in good hands

The ladies that work there are very friendly and they are excellent at there job. They do whatever it takes to help you find and purchase what your wanting and needing! I enjoy going into this store

The staff is amazing! Always kind, welcoming and personable. Always willing to answer any questions and help how they can. I don't know what other people are talking about with "bad prices". Straight up best deals you can't get at other shops for vape juice. I love the Wednesday discount. I was happy to hear a Wild Bill's opened in town!
