CVS

I don’t frequent this pharmacy but, I needed to for an emergency. I had gone to 2 separate CVS’s at the front of Kingwood only to be treated horribly while I was in pain. This location was my only hope at the time of day it was. And I am so thankful I drove the extra stretch to make it here before they closed. I explained my situation upon arrival and the pharmacist was wonderful, and so apologetic for something he didn’t even do! He filled my prescription in 10 minutes and I was able to take the medication in the car so I could start to finally feel better. I really appreciated the kind and helpful service. If you need last minute help and understanding please use this pharmacy!

Danielle in the pharmacy deserves special recognition for her delightful attitude and friendly service. She always greets me with a warm smile and remembers my name.

I don't know what's the deal with the other comments but this CVS is so convenient, it's 2 minute away I get my snacks from there and other miscellaneous things. The staff are helpful and nice. Although I can't talk for the pharmacist.
The checkout is fast and easy always.

This is my favorite CVS, it’s close to my home! And customer service is excellent! I’m always greeted and they always ask if I need any help!

Davina has been so helpful to me everytime that I have come to the store. She goes out of her way to assist. I imagine customer service in a pharmacy cannot be easy when people are sick, tired and impatient. She handles it all with grace and compassion. I thank Davina and all of the staff at CVS for their kindness and professionalism.

Pharmacy boss Major White is a great guy and my orders are always ready for me when I arrive to pick them up. It's very busy but he runs a tight shop.
The store overall is very nice and the staff is real friendly.

Ms Maribel and Ms Harley gave me EXCELLENT customer service, was very professional and beautifully pleasant. I will shop here again.
