The staff is very knowledgeable of their shoes, quick to offer help and very polite. The store is clean and well organized. The price of the shoes are surprisingly affordable.

Good prices, wide selection, attentive staff. Also have a membership which offers additional discounts! I was very pleased with my overall experience and it only took a few minutes

I took a pair of tennis shoes back on 10/30/20 because they didn't fit well. The clerk helped me find the right shoe. It took a while and she stayed with me until I found the right shoe.

Usually friendly staff (usually), some of the older ladies seem to hate their job. Nice selection. They always have great sales and clearance.

Brought my kids a couple pairs of boots for Christmas. They had a good selection to choose from and the staff working was attentive to our needs.
