Wow, such a great customer experience at this location which included "good morning"; "if you get another banana it will be $1"; and "have a good day" on the way out. Clean store as well. Easy I-85 N/S access.

Great customer experience 👍 from the warm "good morning" to "one more banana 🍌 will be $1" followed by "have a good day" on our way out. Clean store, convenient to I-85 N/S access, and good coffee.

I wanted to take the time to leave a review and share my experience before too much time went by. This is an extremely long review.

I stopped in last week for what was supposed to be a quick trip in and out. I intentionally left my phone in the car. This would prove to be a horrible decision, as I also left my keys in the car on accident. I felt like such an idiot. I realized it once I was inside shopping. The manager on duty came past me to check the coffee while I was in that aisle. He greeted me. I told him what had happened, and asked if it would be ok for me to use their phone after I finished shopping. His reply was of course. I called my car insurance company to file a claim because roadside assistance is covered. I figured the local company would charge me an arm & a leg otherwise and money is tight right now. After I made the call, I went back outside and paced around on the side of the store, out of the way, while also close to my car. I had no way of telling the time, other than occasionally asking a customer that was walking into the store or coming out. After about 2.5 hours, I went back inside to ask him if I could use the phone again because nobody had shown up. I felt like a nuisance and was so embarrassed. I purchased something again so I felt better about having to use their phone. Well, I had to use their phone at least another 2-3 times after that. Each time, I purchased something small, & immediately went back outside. My insurance company found a roadside assistance company who took the job. They then canceled without any notice or reason, & that’s why nobody had arrived. This went on so long that the Manager went home. Unbeknownst to me, he told the next Manager on Duty my situation, and the 2nd roadside assistance company had actually been calling the store. They were looking for me and giving ETA updates. I told them over the phone initially that I would be outside and they couldn’t reach me because my cellphone was in the car, and NOT to cancel the request if they could not reach me. When I asked for the manager hours later, someone working cashier told me he was gone. Then they went and grabbed the other manager. He told me that he had been looking for me because the Roadside Assistance worker called & told him that he was extremely backed up but on his way. I told him I was going to walk around inside for a few minutes because I was freezing, and then would go back outside. He was so nice and told me I was fine to do that and not in the way.

The bathroom was spotless. The coffee area was neat and organized. The employees were courteous and fast. Managers Anthony and Tim went above and beyond for me. They were so empathetic and kind. I literally almost cried because they were so nice. Please make sure they know how grateful I am.

It’s the Fourth of July, and I decided to order a burger and drink, I ordered it ahead because I knew it was a holiday but they had it ready in 12 minutes or less because when I got there it was ready to go and they were very prompt a nice about it. I am not kidding when I say I think this is the best sheets burger I’ve ever had and the milkshake was definitely on point. Even for a holiday I might add!! thank you!

Absolutely love the employees. They're friendly and helpful. The food is always good and they do a great job if keeping the place clean. I frequent this location specifically.

Wow! I've never experienced service like that at a gas station. The employees were friendly and attentive. I even mentioned to an employee that one of their coffees needed to be brewed fresh, and she let another employee politely know via their headsets. Very impressed by how they treated customers and each other.

I usually stop at Sheetz for gas. But also love there food love there hot dogs and hamburgers, fries. Yum I love there Oreo chocolate shake it is awesome. The store is always clean and people are always very nice friendly and look like they enjoy there job.

The employees of this Sheetz go above and beyond in customer service. My entire family are regulars and we like our coffee. Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure we are happy customers. Even my 6 year old daughter has her favorite employee. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

I was at first concerned because they were out of some items I wanted to eat but then I get the food home and my significant other was angry because his burger wasn't fresh. It only took a phone call and they made everything okay by taking the time to take my name and his name and we will have coupons upon our next visit!!

Great place! Ive been all over nc and this is definitely the best store around, very clean and workers are wonderful. Very pleased with service. Management is top notch, manager at night very helpful, i was lost and she help me find my way home that night, never would have made it without her. Thanks ma'am. Cant remember your name.wow, i just remembered her name its renee im so happy i found you that night becouse you have made me happier then ive ever been in my life. This place is always busy when I stop by when traveling to and from Charlotte. I am always able to get in and out quickly with no problems.
