Sara was absolutely fantastic!! I had a defective device and I didn't have my receipt, but she went above and beyond to help me with my defective exchange and she found my receipt and even another store that had the item I was exchanging. Also, the gentleman that helped me originally was helpful as well. It seems this is a good staff. I recommend this location to anyone.

I called the store looking for merchandise The guy that answered the phone Jalyn was very helpful and so nice I felt so welcomed and taken care of past experience from other game stops when I call and they just say “we don’t have what You’re looking for” and they just end the call he was so nice even looked it up if any other store had any would recommend this store A++ on customer service

Quick easy and efficient. There was a small line and both phones were ringing but the customer service was great. The phones were answered promptly and politely, the line was tended to in an orderly fashion and the employees were happy and helpful . Parking is always available as it’s in a large strip mall style situation. They have a small selection of gifts and accessories as well . Everything you could ask for from a GameStop.

Great service on afternoon of 12/28/17. Female employee I believe name started with D. Hardware/Accessory problem I thought was going to be difficult to get resolved. Quick and easy.

My favorite GameStop. go here about once or twice a week always grabbing random stuff from house shoes to sweaters and statues. The staff always helps out. I have been to almost every GameStop south of the 8 freeway this might be the ultimate staff right here no 🧢

All ways help me when I ask for a game they are nice people and talk to me about games I should check out for next time awesome staff and they remind me when I have discounts with my membership

Best GameStop 4403 University Ave. They are super helpful and very nice staff.I had to go to the hospital.I didn't have internet for Xbox.So I couldn't play NBA 16/or NHL Legacy.Which I bought to play in my week's stay in the hospital. Dayane found out about .She left a message that she would do it for me.Caitlyn let me know.

I left my hard drive and games and she down loaded it for me.That kind act was Awesome it made hospital stay a lot better.Some thing I will never forget!

It was like entering Disney Land, I am into Funko Pop figures and they have a great variety. Nice and friendly staff.
