Nice coffee shop. I love their selection of pastries. They make a really good Iced Matcha Latte. The pastries were really good. I really liked the cinnamon roll (especially when you heat it up.) and the Blueberry Danish. The Key lime pie and Tiramisu were good too.

I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the sandwich before I devoured it, but I got the TAB on sourdough and added lettuce as well as an iced chai with pistachio milk. Both were delicious, and I get them every time I go. The staff is always very nice and I always love love love the atmosphere. It's definitely the best little café/bakery I've been to.

First visit was at South Charlotte location. This Harrisburg location much closer. Ended up purchasing the Day Old Muffins. 1/2 price. They are excellent. We got the Morning Glory muffins, Banana Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Apple and a Chocolate Croissant. All delicious.
I'd recommend.

Fabulous bakery and dining spot for breakfast and lunch. The pastries and confections they bake on site will satisfy any sweet tooth. Breakfast options will make your mouth water as the enormous croissant breakfast sandwiches are just about enough to share. I highly recommend the cheddar biscuit to house your breakfast sandwich. Very moist and yummy. Will go back soon and try their lunch menu.

The sandwich was $8.51 after tax so that hurt, BUT, that sandwich was delicious.

Not a place I would frequent everyday based on the price point but I certainly would bring my family for Saturday breakfast or Saturday lunch on occasion or treat out of town guests.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Josie! My family and I frequent your establishment quite often and last week Saturday my kiddos and I stopped by to grab some sweets before we went to Grandmas house. I purchased 5 items including a tropical coconut tea, which is my absolute favorite! Josie informed me after I ordered that the tropical coconut tea was out of stock. :( of course I was super bummed but Josie made the experience that much better by pivoting and offering me a different beverage of my choice. She was apologetic, polite, and soft spoken. Great customer service should never be overlooked and I just wanted to make sure that Josie was recognized for going above and beyond. Thanks Josie you are a rockstar!! :)

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late breakfast and coffee. The bakery is very nice. Staff was very friendly. The cheddar biscuit bacon, egg, and cheese was fantastic and much bigger than expected. The iced dirty chai was great and hit the spot.

My family always enjoys their tasty creations. The breads are always perfect for the unique sandwiches offered. I especially like #2 on Multigrain. Reasonably priced for tasty quality.

I love this place and they cater to Vegans. I order a Vegan 3 layer carrot cake every year. I go for the Vegan Banana Chocolate chip muffins, they are amazing. They also have breakfast and lunch options.

Today we made a special trip to the Sunflower Baking Co. and it was amazing as always, they have fresh baked goods and Hot sandwiches herethat make is special every time. Today there was kind of a rush on things at the counter and our order took a little extra time to come out, that's OK for us we were in no rush and enjoying conversation, the staff felt bad we had waited so long we got a complimentary treat. It was not needed yet itwas a sweet gesture, so one of the kids will have a sweet treat today. Thank You Sunglower for always making a great impression, and for the Military discount. Totally coming back!!!

What a cute little bakery! Breakfast options! Lunch options! Cookies, muffins, scones! Coffee coffee coffee! Lattes! Chai! And plenty of seating for dining in. Bar space available for folks wanting to work on their laptop while watching the world go by outside. This seems to be the best place for breakfast and lunch in Harrisburg! Highly recommended for kids, families, and solo adventures! Enjoy your time!

I arrived a bit late in the day. Half hour before closing. I ordered a baking sugar that is made here & 2 croissants.

I made a smoked turkey & Swiss cheese sandwich out of 1 of their colossal croissants.

The croissant was baked to perfection. Buttery inside & flaky.

I'm looking forward to visiting again with a friend. Would love to stop in for lunch & espresso.

HOLY COW THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Huge fan of fresh breakfast joints and this one hits the spot! AND in Harrisburg! So close to Concord! The fresh rosemary bread bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is perhaps the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Repeat customer here!!

Sunflour is my favorite bakery! I love how they offer gluten-free and vegan options. I also love how they use sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. My favorite cupcake is the blush cupcake- it’s so amazing! They use fresh raspberries. My fiancé always gets the cinnamon roll which is also incredible. I love the amount of icing they put on there and it’s huge! The service has always been so nice as well. I highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth who lives in the Concord/Harrisburg area!

This place has some of the best coffee I have ever tasted. Usually a place for a quick hangout for me and my girlfriends. The vibe of the place is great. They have a great collection of bakery items too.

I am extremely pleased with the food options, the price, and the atmosphere. It's amazing to find a bakery that I can bring my gluten-allergy and vegan friends to. Everything tasted amazing! I got the egg sandwich with spinach on cheese biscuit bread and I'm completely FULL! I also tried a bunch of desserts and all of them were delicious, even the whole wheat wildberry muffin. I look forward to coming here again! The prices are so affordable too, I can easily eat here instead of at a chain.❤🌻

Food was great! The croissant was huge and so good! Recommend the bacon, egg and cheddar on the croissant and the blueberry muffin!

The store is very pleasant and clean. It was around an hour before closing and was empty which was fine because they are usually busy. The only thing about going at this time is they were out of their delicious almond croissant that I had 1 time a few months back but, never stopped thinking about it. So I was gonna leave but, I used it as an opportunity to try something else. I got a chocolate cake with walnuts on top. I am a chocolate lover but, it has to be good chocolate. Well this chocolate cake had the absolute nerve to be rich and moist without being overly sweet . Did I mention that "she" was vegan ( lol the cake was so good it came to life and let me know all about "herself" ). VEGAN!!!
