Congress Park Market

So glad y'all are open! I work nearby and it's great to have a place where I can stop and grab lunch (love the Japanese egg salad sandwich!) or a snack and even pick up an item or two to bring home so I need not make a stop at a huge grocery store. The Market has a great vibe and your staff is super nice and helpful! (Yes, some items are pricy but it is quality stuff and I understand the concept of a small neighborhood place.)

Market was gorgeous! Loved the Turkey, Cranberry, Gouda sandwich! Excited to see the selection of products. Major addition to the Congress Park neighborhood.

The staff are friendly, prices reasonable. The smell inside made my mouth water, with fresh cooked food wafting throughout. Definitely a place to stop by if you are in the neighborhood.

Great sandwiches, grocery items, beer & wine selection, and incredibly friendly staff. Much-welcomed update to the previous market.

The post office is closed at the moment but they mentioned they're in the process of obtaining permits to try and open it again after the ownership change.

this is an unbiased review - I don’t have any affiliation with this market other than living a couple blocks away. i’ve loved this place since it opened.

great experience here always. prices are high but the goods are premium. the convenience store that was this market’s predecessor had similarly high prices but much worse selection and quality. they always have freshly stocked produce and an amazing selection of specialty items. and they make great homade potato salad and tuna salad, and the sandwiches are bomb. they have coffee beans and in-house grinder. beer is still cheap ($10 for a sixer of coors or similar light beer, pretty standard). the staff is super friendly and regular discounts items. this market is a huge upgrade for the 12th street community. bravo!

Grateful for this addition to the neighborhood. Sandwiches are good and it’s nice to be able to reliably get grocery staples. Love that they also have premade meals from Spinelli’s!

Absolutely stellar hot sauce selection, NY bagel selection, the white queso … love the effort the owner puts into buying local and unique products that you may not find elsewhere. There is also a super great beer selection and now lots of wine!

Neighborhood post office, great local beer selection, fun assortment of local hot sauces... just kind of a gem of a spot for taking care of business and grabbing a few odds n ends for your fridge and pantry.

Love the market. Employees are always incredibly friendly, remember the regulars, and are always happy to strike up a conversation. Such a fantastic asset to the neighborhood.

Wonderful neighborhood market with essentials PLUS wonderful local specialties. Having a post office inside is just an added bonus and the owners and employees are incredibly friendly and nice! A small town feel in the heart of a big city! Love it!

I love my neighborhood marketplace! They're so helpful that they got me an Priority envelope for the post office line, even though it's separate from their business. Going above and beyond. (Also, their local Colorado groceries and goods are worth checking out!) Thank you!

Great to have an alternative to soulless convenience chains in the neighborhood! The employees are always personable, everything is neatly stocked and parking is never an issue. They have a lot of usual items but also help support local companies and family owned businesses. I’ll continue coming here as long as I can, thanks 12th Ave Market!!

The people who work here and the attached USPS are the nicest people. Every time I stop in to drop off a package or pick up a score bar (They have SCOR BARS!!!) I feel like this little store is the heart of the neighborhood. And who the heck still carries Scor bars??? Going to miss this place when I move and not just because nobody else has Scor bars.

12th Avenue Market has kept us going through the pandemic. It stocks essential food and beverage items and makes it easy to shop. The convenient US Postal branch serves customers without the hassle. Masks required makes for a safe shopping experience.

I honestly can't rave about this place enough! Not only are the offerings super handy in a pinch, but they also have some awesome "fun" items (delicious empanadas, high-quality pasta, lots of hot sauces, etc.). What's more, their staff are above and beyond. Stephanie at the post office (YES, THERE'S A SPEAKEASY USPS!) is always calm, helpful, and super efficient. Anthony is always kind and welcoming. We're so grateful to have this spot in our neighborhood. Thanks, 12th Ave Market!

I love love patronizing and shopping at 12th Ave Market! It's wonderful to support an independent locally owned store like this. I so appreciate the fact that they take care to insure all customers and staff have masks on during these Covid-19 days. The most dangerous thing for me is there huge candy selection, but that's on me! I encourage all to shop at this great market!!
