Update to my previous review: Upper management listens with compassion & kindness. New training is being implemented for customer service empathy in 3 store locations. This will go a long way towards making the need for medical equipment a much more pleasant experience. I would go to them in a heartbeat for any of your medical supply needs!

I have had a great experience every time I've had to contact them. Very polite and professional, and they always seem to have my CPAP supplies readily available. Would highly recommend.

Took back my cpap machine maliciously. Blamed it on not using it enough. Insurance advised it was because they didn’t submit the data; numerous requests were made. Then employee covered it up by using scare tactics and discouraged me into not disputing with insurance. So they got their 250$ and I’m without a cpap! If I die in my sleep … well you get the gist. And if I wasn’t using the machine enough then why nobody contact me to see if I was having issues with it. Like machine was capturing all my time asleep!?! Complete lack of accountability and empathy is what you’ll find at health equip in newton ks.

I find it absolutely absurd and inappropriate that this medical equipment supplier requires a pneumonia patient to obtain physician visit notes for them in order to bill insurance for a nebulizer machine! A written physician order for the equipment, which includes the diagnoses should be sufficient! I am not impressed, and believe they have failed to live up to their mission statement this time.

Not about the customer and needs. Thumbs down.
