Total nutrition is the goto. I've been shopping here for easily 10 years. Drew always made me feel welcome, and the RJ and Bri have been the knowledgeable happy faces that keep my business. It does help that they know their stuff and don't just try to sell the 'new' or 'most profit' stuff. I ways feel like they have me and my results at the top of their heart/mind.

Y’all, I am so blown away by the amazing customer service I just got at this location. Bree went above and beyond for me, as I had gone in for some Amino Energy. It’s hard to find these days so she showed me more options which I’m very excited about. I even left with a sample. Thank you, Bree for going the extra mile today. Customer for life!

I come here all of the time, not sure how/why I have not reviewed this place before. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They let you explore the store at your leisure, and always are quick to give a recommendation if asked.

The parking can be tricky in the area, but they have dedicated parking for customers of the store -- love that!

Drew is the BEST, period. He’s been a great buddy and wonderful consultant for my workout routines and nutritions, and even personal lives This Height location has everything you could think of and more. Besides Drew, all the other staff members are amazing as well. Even if I’ve moved away from Houston for about 6 months, I still order from them frequently. It is definitely much better than any other chain stores you could think of.

Had to drop a review to due to the world class customer service I received here. DQ was awesome! He was very professional with an awesome personality on top of that! Friendly employee (Ryan, i think) welcomed me as soon as i walked in the door. I was there for a specific product, and he directed me to it without trying to upsell. He also had great advice on how to use it and even gave me a sample of a product that would enhance the product i was purchasing. They're locally owned and run. Great store and i will definitely return!!👍👍

I recommend this place so much that even after moving out of state I still purchase everything from them. DQ has always been very knowledgeable, personable, and gives the best recommendations based on your individual goal.

After having a sketchy experience with the Total Nutrition in College Station, I told myself I would never buy from this franchise again. But I dropped by here to buy a protein bar after my workout at the LA Fitness across the street and I have to say, this shop is legit. The staff here, honest and friendly. 👌 Informative with real facts, so if you need a fact check from what other stores are telling you just for you to buy their supplements, just come here and they’ll be honest with you.

I’ve been going here since they first opened back in 2012 and was one of their first customers. What is the reason I keep coming back? It’s because they always have what I need and introduce me to new items on the market. They are super knowledgeable and understand the science behind what they sale. You can’t find a better all around supplement shop in H-Town.

The staff at Total Nutrition doesn't simply sell products. I gave a pretty thorough grilling of questions for each product I was interested in and the staff was completely knowledgeable about each of them. Additionally, they asked about my personal goals and gave advice to help achieve them. I won't use another supplement store again.

I use to go to another place and GNC, but the one guy Mark who works there.....he changed the game. When I First walked in, he greeted me, and asked about my goals and what i was searching for. Imstead of throwing a sales pitch. He totally educated me and suggest a few products to use. Super cool guy man and education is always valued. I came in today again today for protein. He educated me on protein and the differant types and boom. Sold.

They are the so knowledgeable and also have the best attitude.
Jay was on point. I only came to get a pre-work out and left with with 6 other items.
This is Way better than GNC.
If you really want to loose weight you have to ask for Jay.

I used to order all my supplements offline, one day I ran out of pre-workout and I had passed by Total Nutrition several times and had always wondered what that place was about, that day I had the perfect reason to go in there and check it out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Marcus, who now is my trainer (provides me with point on workout's and meal plans) and we started talking about the best pre-workouts for me to use, which ones I had already tried etc. Long story short, I now buy all my pre-workouts, proteins and multi vitamins from Total Nutrition, not only does Marcus go above and beyond to help me reach my goals, they are all extremely knowledgeable on all the products they sale, hands down the best place to get information and some of the best products out there.

Overall amazing place with best supplements. Drew owner and operator best for any advice/ questions you have with honest answers. I only get my supplements here and will continue to. Thanks Total Nutrition.
