Every employee on the floor, when I walked in, demonstrated great customer service. Andrew's patience with my "User Error" issues were amazing as I can understand how frustrating things can get when the same thing is constantly on repeat. Thank you Andrew!

My old phone was going crazy calling 911 and a few other things. Andrew explained the options to me and went over things on the iPhone 13 I chose to go with. Because of the time it took to download things to my phone he stayed a little over closing time but did not have a problem doing so. He said if I had any questions just call or stop in and they will help me.

Jocelyn was exceptional. My husband & l upgraded our phones & we switched his mother over to our plan & upgraded her phone, all in one visit. Much faster than the store over by the local Walmart! This store is a hidden gem.

Oh my goodness if I could give Jocelyn and her coworker 5 zillion starts I would. The 2 of them were able to overcome a number of account obstacles and get my new iPhone 13 up and running with a myriad of business apps and thousands of contacts in an amazingly short time. They made numerous phone calls to try to get my strange Rackspace business email onto the new phone. Some odd glitch with the rackspace company. But Jocelyn’s tenacity, patience and demeanor were exemplary. Bravo to the Russell Cellular Big Y Plaza in Mansfield team!!! I had been in about a month ago with my iPad and received similar service. This visit was much more challenging.

They got me set up in no time with a great deal on the best phone in the place, made it easy and even transferred all of my contacts even though the old phone was trashed! Great customer service!

The staff at this store were so helpful! I tried multiple stores before coming to this one, and was disappointed in the (lack of) information and service that the other stores provided. The staff were friendly and truly engaged with my issues, calling other stores in an attempt to locate a product for me, and in the end helping me 100% resolve my issue in the store.
I definitely recommend this store, and will return for future purchases!
