Very good service, friendly, accommodating and helpful! I was greeted warmly the moment I walked in the door and all the way to the end of my encounter with the sales person, who even helped to put my screen protectors on the phone for me, was a great experience. Will use for future needs.

I have purchased many IPhones, this has by far been the best experience. Carson was amazing - professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, did not hesitate to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this store.

My husband and I had to move phone lines, cancel DirecTV and setup services that we have been putting off for a while. I dread the customer service phone calls so we decided to stop by the store and were greeted by Kristen who was swamped with customers but still acknowledged and greeted us. She and Carson worked together and before I knew it, we had checked everything off our list. Thanks guys!!

I went to the Chelsea store with my 2 teenage sons and Nick helped us get all set up with new phones. He researched and found the best deals and discounts so that we could get 2 new phones and Apple Watch cellular service for $10 cheaper than what I am currently paying. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Will definitely go back to see him for all future purchases.

My phone was no longer operable. I knew I needed a new one. From the moment I walked in the door at AT&T's store in Chelsea, Alabama, I was immediately greeted by Bill. He searched vigilantly to find the most cost effective plan that best fit my needs. Then, he did all the work in transferring all the data, inserting the SIM card, and anything else required in getting my phone user-ready before I left. In a day and age of automated robo-everything, human service of that quality is very rare

Kristen and her staff at the store were very helpful, engaged me upon entering the store and gladly helped me with my upgrade. Walked me through the steps of it and made sure no questions went unanswered. Everyone was polite and helpful and I noticed they even recognized some of there regular customers. I will be returning to the store in the future.

I would recommend this location! More importantly recommend you work with Blue. His persistence and his dedication to help the customers achieve what needs to be done is amazing! I had a trying weekend with my new service and tried working with another agent yesterday and left defeated in what I was trying to accomplish. To make a long story short Blue was already on it when I walked into the store this morning. He very knowledgeable in what he does and today I seen his passion for making things work out for his customers.

On a Sunday afternoon we had 3 phones to update...one which had been lost. What should have been a simple process turned into a long drawn out deal bc one of the phones had never been backed up or updated in years so there was a lot of manual work that had to be done.

Bre who was the only associate in the store was extremely friendly and very professional. After about 20 minutes of us working, there were numerous customers that came in and she took care of everyone so efficiently and professionally! We were there almost 3 hours and Bre never stopped, complained or panicked but was calm and efficient.

I would recommend her and this store to anyone! Thanks for such a refreshingly wonderful experience!

There’s a employee named Ryan Blue who helps me every time I go there. Took my adult son there yesterday for new phone. Even though Ryan was alone and busy he made every effort to make each person feel important. He juggled so many demands on him with a great attitude AND we left with two great phones. AT&T is very lucky he’s on board!

Just left the Chelsea Alabama AT&T store… I worked with the assistant manager named Nick and I must say I have never been treated so well and the service was so quick and the whole experience was top shelf. Hats off to AT&T Chelsea and my man Nick. God bless

I had a fantastic experience with Blue. He was extremely knowledgable and patient in helping me set up a new gadget I had gotten. He made it very easy to add a service i needed and went above and beyond what was necessary. We also had some pretty killer conversations during the process. Would highly recommend. What is usually a long and miserable experience was made very pleasurable by Gage who was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient downloading thousands of pictures from my old phone and setting us up on our new ones. I went to the store today to purchase a new iPhone. I was helped by Bill and he did an excellent job. He did everything possible to give me the best deal possible.

We came to the store on the day before Christmas Eve. We came looking for a popular sold out item. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff went out of there way to help with our needs. We went to Hoover store first and they sent us to Chelsea! Whitley and Ryan for the Christmas Miracle! Thank you both!!
