Pharmacy employees are always pleasant and quick to fill prescriptions.

This pharmacy goes out of their way to find prescriptions for their customers. I called pharmacies all over B’Ham no one had it nor would anyone try to find the Medication. Walgreens Chelsea kept up the search even after they were told it would be weeks. They found it and called me to pick it up! Customer service at its finest!

This location is ALWAYS good to me even though they are constantly busy, but tonight they really helped me out in a very stressful situation. Nothing but great things to say about them!

Christian, James, and Jamie are always there to graciously greet me and help me find whatever I need. They're open literally every day. As much as i despise corporate enslavement, its just so damn convenient that I can't help myself

We get all of our prescriptions from Chelsea Walgreens. They are super friendly and very knowledgable. We are grateful for how they take care of our family.

Pharmacy always does a great job and is very friendly. One stop shop for medical, Redbox and quick grocery items.

Pharmacy staff is fantastic. They have always been helpful working with my insurance.

We use them almost every day. Very customer focused and always looking out for us. Highly recommend

The worst. The disrespect that I just experienced when my mother called back WHILE I WAS STANDING IN THE STORE, they put her on hold and NEVER picked the phone back up, was appalling (to say the least). I just needed to pick up her medication for her migraines and then they continued to say that that’s not what the medication is used for as if her migraine specialist didn’t prescribe it to her and it hasn’t worked for preventing her migraines for years now. She has chronic migraines and there are hundreds of studies showing this medication works especially on those who are unresponsive to other medications(I got all that in a Google search while waiting). Overall review, glad they can count pills correctly and the drs are the ones prescribing the medication. Many of the pharmacist that work there are kind and patient, but the blonde lady with the attitude needs to find a job that doesn’t require customer interactions.

If I could give Walgreen zero starts I would. We’ve used this Walgreens for years but something has changed. The staff doesn’t work with the customers at all. They aren’t there to help you. I would take my business to the Chelsea Apothecary. Jeff will take care of you because he did for us.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and it is not like it used to be. The staff is judgemental and rude. They do not care about you. They have out right lied to me and treated me poorly. Please do not go here. The blonde pharmacist is a Karen and should be fired. Take your business to Chelsea Apothecary where they actually care about you and take care of their customers. I will be going there from now on.

Pharmacy customer service is almost non existent. One experience was that was there to pick up my pain medication. I was told they screwed up on getting my prescription by filling it too early so they put the pills back into their supply. I came in on the day it was supposed to be ready and was told that the pills would now not be available for 4 hours. I told them I live 20 miles from there and they told me basically "tough noogies". I had used the Ross Bridge Walgreens for years and those people were the best .

I have been a customer at Walgreens for 15 years. Love the pharmacy and people that work there. Earlier this week my husband, grandson and I got vaccines there. Everything went great and for each shot I got $10 cash reward coupon. I received 8 of them. Went to buy some things today and was told that each purchase had to be a separate transaction which was fine. After 3 the manager came over and said I could not use more than one per day and that what I was doing was against store policy. Then he accused me of collecting coupons from other people. I said I would not be back and his response was "good!" Left and went to Walgreens at Lee Branch. Manager was more than nice and made sure I could use the rest of my coupons. NEVER GO TO WALGREENS IN CHELSEA WITH COUPONS THAT THEY GAVE YOU. Drive to Lee Branch. That is not what customer service is about.

Chelsea Walgreens was the only pharmacy that had stock. When I dropped the prescription off at 4 PM I was told to come back at 5:30 PM to pick it up. OK that’s fine. I go back to Walgreens at 5:50 PM and was told to give them 30 more minutes. Don’t tell me it’s gonna be 5:30 PM if it’s gonna be 6:20 PM.
