Did a big online purchase for my Father’s Day gift. Notified my order was ready within 10 minutes. Team members were very helpful and kind helping me load my car. Management was very helpful as well to solve a small problem with my order. The problem was solved with such clarity and expeditiously that it doesn’t deserve mentioning in this review. This place takes care of people in uniform also. I appreciate that…very much. This particular location is a well oiled machine. Great job to Management overseeing the daily operations and employee/customer interactions. My experience here was outstanding. Thank you!

This location goes above and beyond! Had an issue where a corporate phone representative was telling me one thing that sort of seemed too good to be true, then I went to Patton Creek location just to be shot down and offered no help. Was told by a customer there to come to this location, and they helped me explore options and get my situation corrected. I am now extremely happy to have a replacement for a product that broke under parameters of normal use! Had a great interaction with everyone in the store.

Immediately greeted by an employee when walking in, they didn’t ask if I needed anything but I asked for the direction of what I was looking for. Once I got to the department I was seeking I spoke with Harrison who helped me find the product I was looking for while giving me the rundown on my options. I didn’t feel pressure to buy the nicer or more expensive options and went with what I felt like was the best decision based on his recommendations. I was happy with my purchase and satisfied that I could get in and out with what I wanted in a timely manner because I had proper assistance. Will have to return for other items needed in the future!

I went in today to look for insoles for my running shoes. I wish I could have caught the name of the young lady working in footwear today who helped me, but she went above and beyond. She was patient and bubbly. Great customer service and I’m very happy with her suggestion! I was able to get my run in this evening without any issues from my arch! Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough about the store manager Ryan. He has gone above and beyond to help us on multiple occasions.

I know there is a current sentiment of “only buy local”. He has given me every bit of that in the way he has handled our needs and taken care of me. He’s active in our community and makes sure the players in this community are taken care of.

The shoe salesman was very nice and patient. I am so glad he knew what he was talking about and what to recommend as far as to what would give the most support and comfort since I have not worked out in years and my body structure definitely has changed after 4 daughters. He also said theyre hiring all positions it would be nice to have a female and a male at the front register. Just a suggestion. The gentleman was nice but it would been a little more comforting talking to another woman.

Max (all star), Kelsey, and Jackson were all superb associates and truly went above and beyond...

A special shout out to Max... I've been in retail my entire career and toured mores stores than I'd like to admit across the country. They don't get much better than Max...true leader and without a doubt the heartbeat of the entire store. Hat tipped to you sir!

Fast pace and very good to employees. They helped me get my football stuff as soon as possible and nice as possible.

Nice store, stocked with a little bit of everything from camping to fishing to golf. Good sales on name brand clothing. Employees were friendly and made me feel welcome.

I came in late one Wednesday night at 8PM to buy a bicycle. The associate I was looking for was not working that night but I found Jason and he was very helpful.. He spent about 30 minutes doing the inspection to make sure the bike was in good riding condition, installed a few accessories for me, and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Jeff and Kimberly at checkout were also very kind and courteous. I hate to be the customer that asks for complicated stuff right before closing but these folks treated me like a #1 customer. I shall return!

I purchased an inversion table as a Christmas gift. The box was damaged and there was a pieces missing when I went to assemble the table. I called the store to see if I could get a replacement piece without going to the manufacturer. When I arrived at the store the associates at customer service were expecting me even though the manager that took my call was not there. Allie was able to give me the piece I needed off of the floor model. Totally unexpected and above expectation service!

Stopped in a couple times recently for an odd piece of equipment and after a little looking was able to find what I need. Big busy store that seems to be well stocked especially with clothes and shoes. Golfing, hiking, fishing and the big three sports are well represented.

Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They give good advice on various sports and activities, without trying to sell you the most expensive. I could not ask for a better shopping experience.

Kayak shopping ... Nothing here for me however the employees were accommodating & engaging without being pushy.

Always had pretty good service although they're expensive with their Under Armour stuff. Other than that I like the products they carry & they're generally pretty helpful. Every now and then you'll find one in there that won't help you.

They almost always have great deals on names brand clothes and shoes. My go to for athletic wear. Also always greeted and treated well.
