I happened to stop by to see if I could get my account fixed and Fabio was my hero! He assisted with me calling and getting my issue fixed. He gave me the time and attention and great customer service! I would go out of my way to visit this location again!

David was so helpful when I visited the store today with a broken phone in need of an upgrade in a pinch. The store was very busy and he managed to help everyone in an efficient and very professional manner. He was wonderful. Thank you David!

Dave is the best and he smells really good too. I don’t even know what they be given this dude but he he sharp in his work and he’s sharply dressed. He is sick when I come in here always say I want to be just like you.

Incredible service. My iphone died so I went to the Apple store and they told me there was nothing they could do except sell me a new $1,100 phone. I decided to check with Verizon first and they offered me $800 credit to trade in a non-working phone. They then checked my account and found additional savings while I was waiting in the store. Fabio was great!
