Thanks for returning that fuel pump for me I give you guys five stars thanks Alex and Ray those guys on the Southside are terrible and ignorant wouldn't return my fuel pump on Wharton St

The guy that put in my battery for me was very kind and the manager was very kind, as well and matched the price for the battery that I was quoted for at Valvoline when I got my oil changed, which I'm not at all happy with (Valvoline) because they never filled my windshield wiper fluid or any of the other fluids they're supposed to fill! I highly recommend going to Advance Auto Parts!! Thank you guys for not taking advantage of me, like VALVOLINE DID!!!

Have had mixed experiences with Advanced especially when the part needed is not in store. Today needed a tool loaner for brakes. This is an awesome program they extend to customers, so you don't have to buy specialized tools for a once in a blue moon job maintaining your vehicle. Darrell was very helpful and informative. Great customer experience. Thank you.

I just had a great experience at this location David helped me.He seemed very knowledgeable about parts and the company.. He explined the return policy clearly. All in all great customer service. He wasn't the only employee there or who wanted to help. Good job!

I love Advance Auto, especially this store. One of their employees, Mr. Rick, is super helpful and very friendly. I had a bunch of $5 off coupons to use and he was kind enough to break up my purchases into multiple transactions so I could use all of my coupons! We spent probably a good 10 minutes completing all of my transactions but he didnt care and was happy to do it for me! That's just awesome customer service and one of the main reasons I shop almost exclusively at this store for all of my automotive needs.

Staff here is wonderful, friendly, knowledgable, and seem to go above and beyond what is already expected by Advance Auto Parts. The staff use products they sell and have personal experience with items to help customers. Want LED lights bulbs, someone there has them in their car and can help you decide with pros and cons. Need advice on installing a part, someone there has done it. Love this place when I need it.

I have been a customer at this store for years. A lot of the same people have worked there this whole time. I can't show enough gratitude for their help. Mario and the entire crew go out of their way to help, compared to other auto parts stores I've been to.
I would recommend this store and crew to anyone.

Monica (I am so not spelling that right) was fantastic! She didn't treat me like I was stupid asking about floor mats for a car I just bought. She even took them out to my car to measure that they would fit then after I paid for them she even took the bolts out of them so I could put them right into my car (yes they were bolted to the rack hanger) it was a totally great experience that made me very happy!

The staff here was friendly and very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and what I was talking about.

Hunter was very professional and helped me with the battery issue. Advance auto, give him some raise. He brings return customers. I'm one.

Mike was a great help in finding out what part I needed for my vehicle. They didn't have it in stock, but were able to get it ordered in a reasonable amount of time.

Needed help finding oil filter etc for my uncles truck, they were very helpful

We buy all our auto supplies there. They are very reasonably priced. Also the lady that works there her name is Lynn she is very helpful.

Sometimes great deals on auto parts... I wouldn't buy my brake pads & rotors hear anymore...eBay for stock brembo oem replacment...hit & miss Associates knowing their product and services...

Kind, caring, wonderful staff. Today one of the workers went out of his way to help me. What could have cost me a ton more money only cost 12.00 . I'm forever grateful.

Other than not open early enough. Obd was free and technician was polite and moreso knowledgeable.
