AT&T Store

AT&T has really stepped up there game I came in and was immediately helped by Hector he was very friend and knowledgeable, made the experience go very smooth had me in and out. I’d definitely be returning to this location and I hope to continue to receive the same service Hector provided

Got the s24 ultra for my wife and we are extremely happy! Milo was extremely helpful. WE can't wait to use it.

I was there a couple days ago. Had some questions about my bill and had the pleasure to get help from Hector R. He told me in full detail about the bill and answered all my questions. Seems like he knows a lot about AT&T and made it easy for me to understand what I was asking for. The store was busy but they got to me at a reasonable time. Thanks AT&T in Englewood. Will be back if I got questions or concerns.

I had a GREAT experience at the ATT store yesterday. I came in with a deceased phone and Ms. Hailey tried to fix it. She worked really hard in doing this. First, she tried to clear out the port for my charger cord, and then, she placed it on a charging station, but it still wouldn't charge. After both tries, She then offered me some great deals on a new phone in which I ended up buying. I just wanted to say that Ms. Hailey did a great job, and if anyone is ever going to this ATT store, look for her! She will treat u right!!

The customer service was great. Hector helped me switch carriers with no issues. He was very respectful and patient with answering any questions and concerns I had.

I don't often tend to write reviews but i definitely was ready and willing to write one for this at&t. I was assisted the second i walked thru the door and was well informed on everything I was looking for and anything I wanted to know was answered on top of that as well. Customer service was great and I was in and out fairly quick which was super convenient!! highly recommend. if you go in, ask for the nice man named victor.. Very helpful!

We were very satisfied from the time we walked in until we left. We were waited on fast and the gentleman was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. We didn't feel rushed, he showed us all options and didn't push us I to anything.

The staff was great. Damon was very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the service was quick and easy. Will be coming back!
