Fast service for prescription drop off. They're open later than other places even during covid. A bit slow in filling our scripts, but it's likely because we're new patients with them and we're ordering 90 day supplies. Which reminds me, they are among the few pharmacies able to fill 90-day scripts.

They are supposed to be closed lunch between 1:30- 2 pm. Except that they are not open until 2:30 pm.... When asked why, the people around me (CVS workers) were pretty rude.

Not just that: My prescription pickup has a "Promise delivery time" of 2:09 pm -- doctor put in the description 1 hour before that. Unfortunately, when they came back from lunch after making me wait for 25 minutes after 2 pm (their lunch time), I was told that their "servers" were shut down during lunch and it would take time to sync it with the doctor's office.

Minimum wait time: 1 hour.

Horrible service. The schedule is not updated in google maps. Google maps says CVS closes at 7pm and I arrived at 6:31 and they told me in a very rude way that the closing time was 6:30 pm.

I would give negative point if I can. The whole staff took a day off and a temp was sitting at the counter without knowing what to do. People formed a long line and waiting for more than 30 minutes and they realized the situation and the register can't be used. Some people ran to the other counter to get cash. some people just couldn't get the medicine after long wait. The joke is they still keep their lunch break. They think they are fed workers now....

DO NOT GO HERE. Cannot believe the people they let work here. Pharmacists are incompetent and don't fill prescriptions on time, also dont show up to work when they are supposed to just to be told by an assistant that he cant fill meda. I had meds I NEEDED after surgery and they had friday and Saturday to fill and didn't and now I'm in trouble of getting an infections because of these terrible people. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR MEDS PEOPLE.

I tried to call the pharmacy and waited on hold for 30 minutes before giving up and going to the store. Now a huge line. They should staff more people on Saturday as it is closed on Sunday and it is hard for working people to get to the pharmacy during the week.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Told me to pick up but then didn’t have mine in stock. Extremely disrespectful workers who don’t care about the health of the people who rely on them. Should be tried for human rights crimes.

Prescriptions never ready. After you go to the front desk, you always have to wait for another 1h, even if the prescription was already sent to the pharmacy 12h ago.

Waited there for 45 minutes but still failed to get an urgent prescription. Several people were in the same situation.

I don’t like the CVS pharmacy team. We have to call them and see how much is my medicine is it cost $ 6.000 dollars for my medicine

Poor service. If you call you will be waiting 10+ to speak to someone. Their hours are terrible.

Not reliable and tight store hours. Meds will be stuck here.

Worst employees, no understanding of of ADA, no respect, discriminating, cussing, bad bad very bad! Cherry is extremely rude her manager/pharmacist even worse!
