Although they were out of stock for the shoes we wanted, they called another nearby store and had them hold 2 pair until the next day. Great customer service!

While practicing social distancing before entering the store Big 5 offered opportunities to review community activities that will be available soon. Upon entering the store it was delightful to see the many familiar employees ready to help find the sports, recreation and leisure items that make each season fun and eventful.

I came in for a bunch of random things, thankfully they had what I was looking for! They have some good boxing gloves and long hand wraps; my hands are like bear paws.

Cool workers they just have the best personality (s) souls/spirits all in all. vaca ,Vallejo,fairfield for the most part. Thanks indeedy.

Nice to have brick and mortar places left to go in person. This is your well stocked typical sporting good store with many items in stock to fill your sporting good needs.
This store is always clean, courteous staff and generally has what I might have a need for.

I'm so sorry I didnt get him name. But the guy that helped me was amazing. Went in for indoor soccer cleats for my grand daughter in a size 8 all I could find was Nike I explained to him I could not buy Nike shoe cause I work for reebok/ Adidas. He looked everywhere and he found me a size 8 in Adidas. Thank you very much

Stopped by to pick up a quick item. Found it right away, clerk offered help right away, and was able to walk uo to the register to pay with no waiting. Couldn't ask for more.

BIG FIVE HAS A GREAT assortment of shoes and boots but my daughter a pair of boots for work the loaded with a lot of other things over there to fishing hunting jogging you know it they got it check them out

Found not one but two pair of rugged sandals (Coleman&Denali) for summer boating, camping and everyday use, on sale! Yea! Less than $40.00 for both😁

This is not the biggest sporting goods store, but they sure do have some great sales and unbeatable prices.
