The gentleman working the early morning hours everyday is excellent. Could not ask for better service at that time of day. He deserves a pay raise!

Call the Area Managers .  Your store is not a friendly place. I was there at 8 p.m. I'm just looking at the promo ice coffee. I'm asking the young guy about the promo. No greeting, no smile , and he doesn't understand me. He's rude, and he's answering the higher voice. And he's face was frowning. And I noticed he's not working. He's talking on the phone using an air pod. I don't want to go there anymore. I don't want to get into a fight and will be stressed.

I think he's a fighter not a Clerk

Rude younger guy working the counter. Hard time understanding his short answers & seemed like he was maybe very annoyed to be working so I took my business elsewhere...
