La Herradura Supermarket

It's a nice place. Personal is very friendly, great variety of products, good prices, and the best: pet friendly. If you are walking your dog and you need to buy a couple things, is the only grocery store that I know, pet friendly.

One of the cleanest bodega's I have ever been in. Great selection. Friendly staff. What a gem!

If I'm missing any ingredients or need fresh produce I can easily walk here and find what I need.
Excellent selection of spices at much better prices than big grocery stores.
Especially happy to get 20lb bags of jasmine rice.

They have everything you need, it's a great neighborhood shop with fresh produce, meat and seafood. They also have the best tamales I've had in DC, and their pan dulce is delicious. The market is clean, the staff is friendly and they're well stocked. It's my go-to market in the neighborhood.

This is a fabulous local supermarket!!! They have great produce, good cuts of meat, and just about everything you need. They do have an emphasis on Latin American foods but their produce is really fresh. Not a bodega a proper market. I regularly come here and support local businesses. Also, right next to farmers market on Sundays great one two punch.

One of the best local markets in the area, good selection of produce, meat, and dairy products. Also nice that they sell baked goods and tamales if you're lucky enough to get them before they sell out.

This is an awesome local grocery store! Their prices are unbeatable. Highly suggest checking them out. They might not have every single last ingredient you need... but they have most. Also- their produce & meats are great! Rock on, Herradura!

Awesome grocery, awesome addition to the neighborhood. The prices are unbelievably low. Eye-poppingly low! If you're into Mexican cooking they have a lot of ingredients that are harder to find in American grocery stores. And my personal favorite, they have passion fruit pulp for Brazilian mousse. Friendly staff/owners.

I love this grocery store! The staff is friendly and helpful; the selection is great; and the prices are absurdly low. They have hand sanitizer at the entrance and exit and it's usually quiet enough that social distancing is not a problem.

I was so happy to find this grocery store. They nopales which I love. They have good selections of food, spices, vegetable, seafood and meat's. The staff friendly and went out of there way to get everything I needed.

Super cute neighborhood grocery store! Love all the options. From fresh produce, desserts, and great cuts of meats. It has all toiletries you need and canned goods too. Staff was super nice and helpful! Definitely will be back to shop and to avoid the big grocery store rush

What a great place to have in the hood. I was making Pozole. They had all the ingredients at good prices. Also picked up a tortilla press and they have a good range of masa.

Great selection of fresh Latin meats and cheeses, had a nice chat with Olga at the register. Love this neighborhood grocer!
