Kathy and Elizabeth were SO helpful!!! They went out of their way to get me fixed up and were looking out for me when I was shipping and international return. They could have slapped the postage stickers on the shoebox with a bit of tape and sent me on my way. However, they let me know that it would be best to ship item in a box so that I don’t get charged by the manufacturer for damage to the product/shoebox. They were able to make copies and even had boxes available for customers. Their Customer Service went above and beyond! The ladies made me feel like we were old friends and I walked out of the store feeling better than I did when I walked in. Thank you!

I came into this store unprepared, trying to sell 2 guitar hero guitars on eBay and totally lost. I was greeted by Elizabeth, and my goodness was she extremely helpful! She assisted me in an extremely timely manner, was extraordinarily kind and very personable, and helped me save money on shipping! Not to mention the cleanliness of the store itself and the lovely atmosphere! Thank you so much to Elizabeth for making my first EBay sale a success!

They get me in and out efficiently every time, are often very busy and understaffed, and customers don't seem to realize that, yes, we're all trying to ship things in December, that's how holidays be. UPS prices are often better than the USPS or FedEx so it's worth waiting in a line a bit.

Although sometimes expensive, the staff are always friendly, helpful and very conscientious of preparing the packages (mainly artworks) with care and attention. They arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Kathy at the desk was amazing! She was very kind, patient and helped me with all my returns and answered all my my questions.

This location is worth going out of my was for. The customer service is awesome. They are always pleasant and friendly.

I will go out of my way to go to this UPS store specifically. The ladies that work here are very friendly and sweet. One time I forgot to bring a mailer and they were able to give me a recycled one they had extra. Thank you!!

Laurie is awesome! The gentleman was helpful too, but didn't I get his name. Went in to ask about shipping cost on some fragiles to see if it was worth keeping them in RV.

After discussing with Laurie, I didn't ship, but used their computer, and copier, enjoyed notary service, and bought a pretty box. All for next to nothing, and saved me gas for three other stops. Now that's service!
