Fantastic experience this morning! I discovered my van's battery was dead and was able to jump it and get to AAP in Dillonvale. They had multiple replacement battery choices, advised me on the differences, took out and disposed of my old one, installed the new one, and had me on the way super fast! From discovering my battery was dead until I pulled into my driveway with the new one was less than an hour. Dana was awesome!

Had a great experience here getting a new battery for my car. Danny was extremely helpful and personable (as was everyone in the store). As a female, going to an unknown shop can be a little worrisome but I felt super comfortable. It’s great to have a new trustworthy place near me I can count on if I need to!

Tyler was very helpful when I needed a new bulb for my headlight. He made sure that I had the right one, and was willing to help me install it too. Thanks Tyler!

I always find what I need for my ancient set of wheels. And at every location I've been to, the staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful! They've even helped me install parts in the parking lot! They must have an excellent training class with an emphasis on customer service. ALL businesses could learn from them!

They always have everything I need to fix my car and truck. I've even done a few engine swaps and there website and pics are very accurate and help me tremendously when performing something crazy like that where you have to work with what you have and they don't sell parts for your project just remember to document what you Frankenstein together so you can work on it later on down the line

I highly recommend this place, especially if you need to have a diagnosis of code read on your car/truck. It's free and they the best updated equipment. I have saved money by going there rather than paying the dealer. Plus a friend who works on cars went and they were able to find out the right code for him. Great staff and affordable prices. It's a clean place and the staff is very helpful.

This is my second time of rec'g GREAT SERVICE from them! I am not able to walk well so it's a big deal for me to get into store. They have installed new windshield wipers at the curb for me! And even let me pay from the comfort of my van!
2nd time my battery died after only 2 yrs. Got it jumped and called them to see if they had a record of when I bought mine. Of course they did & let me know I had a 3 yr warranty. Once again, drove up curbside and EMILY, JOE & BEN all gave me exceptional service! They not only test the battery, but tested my alternator too. Explaining to me that if my alternator wasn't working right, it could cause the battery to go bad. Long story little shorter, they could have easily sold me an alternator but didn't need to. They replaced/installed my battery at NO CHARGE! Thank you for having great employees. I will be a customer there forever :) I am also going to post this under a neighborhood site.

I have a handicap which causes it to be a bit difficult to install simple things such as windshield wipers. When I called, they pulled the wipers, had them ready for my 14 and 17 year old to purchase then they came out of the store to put them on for me. Thanks!!!!!

Well stocked. When I purchased wiper blades, they installed them for me right in the parking lot at no extra charge.
