this smoke shop, without a doubt, is the best smoke shop in the valley. i haven’t been here in a few months (and it breaks my heart) because i moved further away from it but i think about this smoke shop ALL the time. not only do they have the best selection of just about anything you need, but what really makes it is the customer service that you can’t get at any of the smoke shop and trust me, I go to a lot of smoke shops, and nothing even compares to the quality you get at this smoke shop. I have yet to find another smoke shop that can hold a conversation about “water pipes” and know what they’re talking about like the employees at this Pokeys planet. i honestly haven’t event been able to buy another “water pipe” because half the time other smokes shops don’t let you look at their top shelf “water pipes” and/or don’t know anything about said “water pipes” . i love this Pokeys Planet and the employees they have and just wanted to ramble because the Pokeys in weslaco suckkkkked lmfao. Rune is by far the most educated product seller that I’ve come across. I’ve noticed that she takes pride in her work and does product research to best serve her customers. I highly suggest buying from someone as knowledgeable as her. I’m sure with the expertise of her professionalism, she’s informed her other co-workers about products. So, please don’t be discouraged if she’s not in the store at the moment and always remember to tip them for excellent service! Not everyone takes the time of day to learn products like they do! So pay it forward :) You’ll be happy that you did!

Wonderful experience! The employee was able to assist me in purchasing a certain type of solution I needed for an upcoming test. I had no idea what I needed or if it would work but they were very knowledgeable, informed me the best way to use the product, and made me feel confident in using it. The product itself was fantastic! I actually had half of it in storage for 2 years (opened) and it still did the job. Best shop i’ve been to

This is me and my husbands first time in this shop. We are very new to exploring different pleasures. We’ve been in different shops it was kinda awkward but this store was the first one to make us feel comfortable, Didn’t catch the Mans name who helped us but he was was very knowledgeable was very laid back. That’s what made us feel comfortable. Although the other young lady also wanted to help she kinda made me feel weird how she spoke, lol. It’s just better to get to know how the customers are kinda judge there personality before you go ham. Still the best store. Will go back .

I have to say out of the many places I've been to, here in the valley, Pokeys in Edinburg was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Pokeys was way better than when I walked into that Adam and Eves on 10th street. As you walk into pokeys, the shelves are very well stocked, clean, and organized. They have all sorts of toys for all genders and preferences. The lingerie selection has many styles and the prices are unbeatable. The best thing about that store is that the customer service is on point. Everyone smiles and welcomes you in. They make you feel so comfortable and accepted. I had the pleasure of getting helped by Dulce. She was very knowledgeable and helped my partner and I find what we were looking for.After explaining to her what we were looking for, she showed us several options till my girl and I decided on the one! We wanted to take everything.She answered all our questions and even explained their policies for their items. Which not a lot of people or places do that, which leads to problems in the future. She was wonderful and her vibe was awesome. Her coworkers that day were also very helpful and made you feel at home. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Pokeys is the place you wanna be at ! #JudgeFreeZone

Extremely knowledgeable staff who knows what they're doing! I love that they take the time to understand what you are looking for and educate you about their products. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I won't shop anywhere else :)

Hands down the best Pokey's Planet in the Valley!!! Never disappointed whenever my wife and I visit. Great customer service, staff is super friendly and informative, and all very cute might I add 😉❤‍🔥😁 big shout out to all 3 ladies Charly, Rune, and Dulce for everything that they do for us when we stop by. From the knowledge of the adult toys, to all the amazing accessories they have to offer🙏😎💯 loyal customers for sure

Pokey's and its staff are the best! It's a safe space to shop and learn about the products before you buy them. They let you look at the items carefully before you purchase and are extremely knowledgeable about what's on their shelves.

I went in to look around and the staff were very kind and willing to help. It had a nice atmosphere and I left with some CBD lollipops that were nice. I hadn’t had them before, but one of the staff was very helpful in describing which were best and the affect they give.

Fantastic customer service! Quality products and a super knowledgeable staff. I no longer live in the area, but I wait until I visit so that I can shop with them. They are always so helpful and answer my endless questions patiently!

The selection is incredible for no more space than they have. No place even comes close. Especially when you meet the sales staff. Wow! Clean, friendly and helpful. I give the store a 5 star and the staff a 5+. I recommend pokey's 100%

I’m visiting from out of town and stopped into Pokeys for quick look around. Charlie helped us out and was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and overall great employee there in my opinion.

I recently moved to the area and this has to be one of the BEST locations in the valley. Every time I’ve come, every employee goes above and beyond to educate their customers and make them feel welcome. I always leave with something new to try and I’m never disappointed. Always recommend my friends here too, 5 star experience every visit!! 👍🏼
