Rios Thrift Store

We purchased a washer from them and declined the 30 day warranty in exchange for lower price. The man working said it worked, he plugged it in and we saw it run the spin cycle. Well, we got it home and filled it with water and the agitator didn't work. We couldn't call because there isn't a phone number listed online for the store. So we loaded the washer back in the truck. When we got there I was anticipating a problem because we declined the warranty (and then I saw a no refund/ exchange sign that I hadn't orginally saw) but I was wrong! They were very understanding and offered to try and fix it for us or refund us. We decided to have them refund us and they quickly did. I was so happy that they have good business ethics. Will definitely be checking out their store again.

Clean and open to make a deal.

I greeted the man at the shop and started looking around. I noticed he was watching me look through the clothing/shoe section. Which is mostly child and men clothing when I’m a young woman anyway. I went to the other side to see the furniture and he goes to that side to watch me again. I don’t appreciate being watched as if I’m going to steal. Especially in the section where it’s just furniture. Even most of the store is furniture/appliances pieces. You think I’m going to steal a microwave?
