What an awesome experience! I came in, painted my first mini, and got to play my first game! Jordan was super helpful, and keen to help me learn about the hobby. Had a great time, will definitely be back!

Absolutely some of the best times made here! I have only been going to this GW store for a couple of weeks as Warhammer Winetka shutdown. The manager Jordan is a very helpful and delightful person to be around. 10/10.

I had a great time learning more about the game. The manager Jordan was very friendly and so was everyone else there. You can have a free painting demo and also learn how to play the game too. Anyone who is interested in learning more about Warhammer 40k or AoS should definitely start here.

We just popped in to browse for paint colors one day, and ended up getting a whole painting demo and our own minis to practice on! We got to see which tools work best for ourselves on the spot. Great experience, and we plan to go back again soon.

Been going to this store for a few weeks, and will likely continue to for the foreseeable future. The manager/owner Jordan is super friendly and incredibly helpful, as are the store regulars. An overall great store with an even better community, I'd highly recommend anyone interested in Warhammer to check it out.

Jordan the owner is super nice and taught me how to paint minis and gave me the mini I painted all for free! He does it for everyone so don't feel bad asking for the tutorial. He's been doing it for 30 years so he knows his stuff!

Jordan was the best! Super helpful and informative. Prices are a little high but not by much. Jordan did a demo paint lesson , while teaching others how to play. Super awesome place! Warhammer!!!

Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Jordan, who was super friendly and answered every question I could come up with and more! Even showed my wife and I some painting techniques for miniatures, easiest 5 star review ever.

Amazing shop. My friend recently convinced me to get into warhammer 40k with him and this store has been amazing in helping me. Jordan the manager has been with me every step of the way and the community has been super supportive of me even though I'm a novice. Over all 10/10

I am a huge Games Workshop fan, but that only makes me more picky. I've been to many GW stores, and while they all have similar setups, it's the store manager and the community that defines that store. I am happy to say that this one in Thousand Oaks is the best one I have been to, and I have been to a lot. The current manager (Kerr?), I am probably spelling his name incorrectly, is awesome. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the products, lore and so forth. I used to be an avid player of Games Workshop games, mainly Warhammer 40000, but I have been out of the loop the last 3 or 4 years. With GW's awesome approach to the game, their pricing and so forth, I am proudly back on board, and this store has been a tremendous help in getting me to do so. The regulars who attend are also wonderful people. They're fun to interact with and play a game with, as well. Everyone is very accepting of others joining the hobby/community. If you're curious about getting into the hobby, do it! And do it by starting here. This store is awesome.

I still can't believe there's an authentic Games Workshop store right here in Thousand Oaks. It has a great selection of products along with gaming tables and classes to teach you how to paint your miniatures. The staff is helpful and attentive to all levels of involvement, from novice to veteran.

Great selection of Warhammer books and minis... it is a Games Workshop after all. The staff was very friendly and I had a great conversation about old school RPG and war games. The staff was very helpful in finding the store I was trying to find and had fun in the meanwhile talking about Warhammer. It looked like a fun place to game.

Jordan is a great resource for Warhammer tutorials - both game logistics and painting.

Came here to try learn kill team with some friends and Jordan made our experience super easy and fun. He is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and energetic.

Jordan is the best he showed me how to assemble and paint a model and now I'm HOOKED and will be spending alot of time and money at. Thanks Jordan for helping me be broke lol

Great place for, table top gaming or if just like to paint figures. MGR there is awsome very knowledgeable and gives advice on projects you are working on.

Great store with very helpful management. Sundays are great to come in for new guys like me. Always helpful and friendly giving advice and help during the games. Thanks for being so nice guys!
