Crystal Clear Pool Store

Two thumbs up!! They close at 5pm. I pulled around back Like normal not realizing they just closed. You too can pull around and use the back door for chlorine refills only during regular hours. I was 5 minutes late and they still took care of me. Made me smile. Thank you both for making me feel good about writing a teview which I normally do not do. You went that extra step. Bravo :)

Hey there! If you're lucky enough to have a pool, I've got to tell you about these amazing people. We've checked out all the pool stores in town, but none of them could fix our pool issues like these guys could. Whenever we make sure to follow their instructions, our pool is always sparkling clear! And not only are their products and guidance top-notch, but their staff is seriously the friendliest around town. They're always ready to lend a helping hand.

Love these folks. Great service, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was having a problem diagnosing the suction for my pool vac and they let have a device I was able to borrow to test and self diagnose. They even offer to load your car up! Thanks Crystal Clear!

I've been dealing with Crystal Clear for several years both at the old location and the new one always helpful,they call me by name testing appears very accurate and they always give me printed report on water conditions with suggestions on corrective action. They get a big thumbs up from me.👍

Very helpful. I read all of the other reviews and it just seems some people just have to find fault with everything. Great staff. Great prices. Very knowledgeable. Never had a problem even on a Saturday having someone help me load the supplies into my car and I don’t need the help, they are happy to do it. Great Job guys. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They tested our pool water and by following their thorough instructions we were able to correct what our previous pool guy had not been doing. We stuck with them until we sold our house. We would still be using them.had we not moved away. Great friendly staff!
