Purchased a used Xbox series S. Tracked it down off the GameStop website (traveled 50 miles). Was helped by Chris. He was extremely helpful in the trade in process and transaction. He also provided me with information regarding the platform and several FPS games. In-spite of the heavy foot traffic he managed multiple transactions while answering all my questions.The only downfall was GameStop left him as the only employee in the store. Provide more resources for your faithful employees!

These guys are so helpful and talk to my 10 year old son in a really cool, respectful way like he's one of their gamer bros. I appreciate them!

Game stop, they call is that because all the game consoles you buy, stop working, their new slogan, when your game stops bring it to game stop.

Friendly staff always greets you and asks if you need help finding anything. They are exceptional at working with young shoppers who are handling money and transactions for the first time

This gamestop is much better than Stratford's Gamestop. They pay higher prices for used items, I have brought the same items to both stores and have got at least $20 more an item. Dont understand.....?!

Best Game Stop in all of Connecticut! The people that work here, get to know their customers, what they like and if they are regulars often get to know them by name. Which is a great feeling to walk into a place that welcomes you like they do and are always eager to help.

GameStop was the first stop on my list when I went in there I was already tired looked at the crowd and was overwhelmed and associate in the store must've read my mind cause he came to me in like a matter of minutes of entering the store and took me to the product I needed gaming headphones gave me info on it even tho I did my research another associate was also friendly let me know about the sakes the customers were friendly helped me find controllers lol ..the cashier was lovely thank you game stop staff and customers I definitely recommend shopping here for whatever you need for your systems ! 😇😇👍🏾😍💭🤔🤔💭🎁🎁🎁🎄🎄🎮🎮💭😇😇👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
