OMG! I came here at least three out of the 5 days I was in town lol and every single time I was greeted with the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from ANY Starbucks I have ever been to! Those young ladies in the morning are AWESOME! I am NOT a morning person! AT ALL lol. But I couldn’t help but smile every time I came to place my order! I mean they really help you have a “good morning”! So thank you so much ladies for making my cold and dark mornings a little brighter!

The lady at the window was hilarious and fun. We really liked her. Coffee was great!

I absolutely love that we had a Starbucks open in this little East Texas town, so surprised! I also love that they have their app set up so I can order ahead and it's ready when I get there. Everything I've tried so far, coffee and food, has been great. The service is fast and friendly as well; my pooch even loves it because they always give her a pup cup (little cup of whipped cream).

The wonderful aroma of coffee at the pickup window makes me wish I could sit there s while!

Very friendly place. I didn't want to come back to a Starbucks before visiting this one. But I will gladly come back and make sure they are able to keep getting a paycheck. Thanks for the great service with a smile, y'all!

This is literally the best Starbucks around. Wonderful staff and they do awesome at making their coffees! When I do a mobile order it is always ready when I get there! I will recommend Starbucks Henderson over any other in East Texas!

There were a few hiccups when this location first opened with some of my mobile drive-thru pickup orders… however, they have totally redeemed themselves! I spent the morning of October 19 inside enjoying a chai tea latte, writing thank you cards, and killing time before a doctors appointment. The entire staff was so friendly and engaging, the drink was good, the music playlist had me fired up for the day ahead, and they even offered me a frozen drink to sample. I felt like a VIP :) Thanks for the great customer service!

Starbucks really knows how to make a girl feel special for her birthday! The manager is amazing and very friendly! My caramel crisp frappe was amazing and taste like apple jacks in a cup!! I love starbucks!

everyone is so nice and friendly. they’ve messed up on my drinks before, but they will remake them. just ask politely! it does take a while to get your drinks but that’s just how it is. it’s like that at every other starbucks i’ve been to. be patient yall

Excellent service & great drinks/food! Yeah, they may be out of things some times BUT circumstances like weather/busy times/etc are to be expected; there are ALWAYS amazing alternatives to my usual order =)

First time here was empressed with the staff. Very friendly coffee was great of couse and the burrito i got was much bigger and tastier than i exspcted overall. I was happy with the experience
