Community Surgery Center South

I was not the patient. They did seem to move things right along until we got to the room for the surgery. Once they had her all hooked up & ready we didn't see anybody for what seemed a long time before anyone ce to talk to her & take her back.

I had a surgical procedure done at community surgery center south. First time at this center. The front desk people Angie and Jenniphe were friendly, efficient, and personable. My preop nurse Jenay was efficient, friendly and absolutely great, put me at ease and answered my questions fully. My OR nurses were great Lauren, Laura and Dani. My recovery nurse, Maria was attentive, efficient, checked my vitals and ensured that I started rehydrating. Dr. Gould made sure I understood the procedure throughly. I have missed the aids and transport people whose efforts were caring and ensured my well being but they were also exceptional. My whole experience was exceptional far above what I have experienced on other occasions at other hospitals. To the whole team, Thank You!!!

Prior to my surgery I was nervous and a bit trepidatous, but all of that changed when I arrived at checkin. Angela at the front desk was kind and supportive, Brittany and Rebel were engaging, and had my whole family laughing so hard that my stress dissipated very quickly.
Dr Brown, and Dr Voirol answered all of our questions, and gave me and my family realistic expectations without speaking down to us or disregarding my questions as silly.
Post operatively Lora was my nurse, and gave me a level of patient care I’ve never experienced before. She listened to my questions and took immediate action on any concern I presented to her. She is the true definition of a nurse.
I’m told I have Megan as my night nurse coming in soon and I’m sure she too will be proving exemplary care during the remainder of my stay.

I just had surgery (literally am on my way home right now), and I just wanted to make sure I expressed how pleased I am with the surgery centers staff. I was so anxious upon arrival and normally, I am a NIGHTMARE when I’m waking up... but not today. It was so easy, my nurses were so sweet, reassuring, and attentive. My anesthesiologist was such an upbeat and positive guy and my doctor was amazing. You guys made a scary experience a pleasant one and I’m so thankful. If you’re looking to schedule any type of surgery, I cannot say enough good things about CS. 🖤

I had a procedure done by Dr O'Neil and his staff and all of surgery center from being checked in to being released wonderful experience highly recommend them maria was fantastic five stars for sure

Every member of the surgery centers staff from the reception, Dr's, RN's, the techs to the person that brought me my dinner were absolutely amazing. I was extremely comfortable and when I needed to use the call button they were in my room in less than a minute. Answered all my many questions and was even friendly to my visitors. Highly recommend this surgery center. One pleased patient!!!!

Everyone was very kind and understanding with me. They talked with me on what was going to happen and what to expect after surgery. They even called me the day after to make sure I was doing OK. I was not, so they quickly made an appointment for me that day to see my surgeon, which he worked with me to feel better. The all are amazing.....

I was really nervous about my surgery, but my care team was amazing. My post op nurse, Bonnie, was a doll. She made my husband and I very comfortable and was there for anything we needed.

I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation of the entire staff, especially the Team with Tracey, Nan, and Deanne, in addition to Amanda and Angie at the front desk.

I have required several neck and spine injections and each occasion I have been treated so kindly, with the utmost professionalism. I have seen the staff work diligently, but fill the halls with laughter.

I am a better patient to have experienced these folks for ya'll truly are the hands and feet of God assisting folks and saving lives daily. I honor each and every one of you.

My husband was a patient there for a day and a night. All the medical staff were great...he had wonderful care. I have only positive words to say about everyone involved in his care.

From Start to finish, Community South Surgery Center was the most professional medical care I’ve received.
Highly recommend to all.
