I had an officer pull me over in cotter and accused me of going 65mph in a 50mph zone when I know for a fact I was going the speed limit. Tried to tell the officer that and he told me to argue that in court. Then he gives me a ticket me 60 in a 50 after he just told me I was supposedly going 65. I felt harassed honestly. Hate cotter police
