Unable to go to store. Contacted Dan, owner. I told him what I wanted and we did shopping over the phone. He took pictures and sent them to me and I picked out what I wanted. He took a payment over the phone and had the guys deliver on Monday. Shopping experience was flawless.

I needed to replace my refrigerator/freezer ASAP. Called a large chain store and they were more expensive on their prices, and wouldn’t deliver for two weeks!! Called Dan and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t try to push me to buying a more expensive model. It was delivered within five hours of purchase by two very nice men. I will definitely return to Wabash Appliance for my future appliance needs, and you should too!

We needed a service call for our speed queen dryer. I called and was told that the service person woukd call me back within a couple of days. They did just that and set up an appointment. Johnathon came out and took care of our problem and was very professional. He was prompt and very knowledgeable on whst to do. And the good news was it was covered under warranty!
