Ladd Dental Group of Wabash

It was pre-pandemic since I’d seen a dentist, because my previous long term dental practice closed their office. I was having some pain, and was very nervous about it. I chose Ladd Dental in Wabash because they accept my insurance and they are conveniently located to me. I was so pleased with this decision! I was very impressed by Dr. Schmidt, Sami and the rest of the team. Professional, personable and caring from beginning to end. The building is modern with the latest equipment, very different than what I had in the past. I had a great experience and will be recommending Ladd Dental to friends and family!

Nowadays most people seem like they hate their job or clients. That's definitely NOT the case here! Everyone was friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel like going to the dentist isn't a bad thing! Can't say enough about how great everyone I encountered there was. Actually can't wait to go back, for the people of course, not the work! 😂

Hygienist Lauren did a great job! The staff at Ladd always gets you in and out as fast as possible while taking care of your teeth!

I have been to Ladd Dental for check ups and cleanings over the last few years and have always been pleased.
Two weeks ago, I had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Schmidt did the best job of pulling my tooth that I have ever experienced!! It was so quick and seemed so effortless, that I said, is that it??
The staff is very caring and considerate, and, so is Dr. Schmidt!!!

I had not been to a dentist since I moved to Indiana 4 years ago. I am so happy I found Ladd Dental group in Wabash they are nice people all the way around from the front desk to the dentist. I have found my dental office. I appreciated the homesty and the time everyone took to make sure I understood what would happen from start to finish of my appointment. My husband has been going here for the last year and a half to have teeth extracted so he can get dentures. We have had some pretty bad experiences with dentists before we found Dr. Schmidt at the Wabash office. He has been wonderful with my husband and very helpful. My husband is very hard to numb, but with the sedation dentistry they offer, and the gentle expertise of Dr. Schmidt, it has been much better. My husband is in less pain than I have ever seen or experienced myself after any procedure he has had done so far compared to our experiences with other dentists. They really seem to genuinely care, and it shows.

I am very nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone was super friendly and put me at ease. I had a very short wait time. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I'm much less nervous about returning. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the staff and they made my dental experience a good one. I used to hate going to the dentist. However. They made it so much better and well worth it. They make you feel secured and comfortable. The staff explained everything that was going to take place and what was in the best opinion for your dental needs.

My experience at Ladd has been great with the friendly staff that offers great dental care and make you feel welcomed there. The dentist take time to assess how you feel and find issues you may have, not to mention they always get things done in a timely fashion while still doing the job right. I had Amelia as my dental assistant taking good care of my issues, paying good attention, and doing a great overall Job. I Highly recommend going there.

Ladd Dental Group of Wabash is fabulous! The building is clean and pristine. The interior is well-balanced between welcoming, calming with clean and decorated with the customers in mind (like the tv above the dental chairs). The staff are all so friendly, the DA friendly, patient, and educated and the Dr I worked with was all of those things, but had a way of doing so without making me feel as if any of my questions were dumb. It was my first visit and I had a rather time-consuming issue (broken veneer), and they all made me feel so well-taken care of, comfortable, and I am looking forward to this journey WITH THEM. And how many times do you hear THAT about a dentist office? ha

Best place ever! BeST dentist ever! I was recently with another dentist who I had a horrible experience with. Walked in this dentist and never once felt outta place the dentist is nice does not want to pull teeth if he don't have to wants to save as many of your teeth as he can wants to get me more teeth since a lot of dentist now a days just wanna pull teeth. It's so hard to find a dentist like this but I was lucky enough to find this dentist. Recommend 100% 10/10
