We blew two tires out on our RV. Stranded on the side of the highway and quite frankly, afraid. After calling Bert's, two gentlemen showed up within minutes. So kind and helpful. They assured us they could help us and they did. Thank you to the two gentlemen that helped us that day and thank you Bert's Auto Salvage &Towing for have people like them.😁😁😁 🎀

Our car had slid off the road at mile marker 1 on I-82. We phoned Bert's and within 30-60 minutes one of their trucks was pulling us out of the snow filled median and we were back on the road. Awesome, thanks for the help, great prices, etc. Highly recommended.

These guys went way, way, way out of their way to get the door and fender for my daughter's 98 Buick. They actually got a vehicle that they didn't have in inventory for us.
The biggest surprise was the cost. After calling all around the country trying to find a door and Fender not only did we get one from them that was perfect with no scratches or anything but it was about half the price of all the rest of the wrecking yards even clear down into Oregon.
They were better than Santa Claus and really did help us for a very merry Christmas.

These guys are amazing and ALWAYS so helpful with whatever someone is calling about. Very extensive collection of automotive parts. Also recently used their towing service. I didn't know it was even possible to have a great experience whilst someone was towing one of my vehicles but Bert's did it! Very friendly driver who was prompt and kept communicating with me until he got to where I was with the broke down jeep. To top it off, once he found out it was the vehicle that my mom uses every day to deliver mail in he didn't even charges for the tow it was amazing!

Just got a new rack n pinion, service was superb, they not only pulled it for me but they even called when it was ready to pick up! Same day within an hour cannot beat the price anywhere. 10/10 will continue making a 40min drive

This morning my carrier had an issue and needed some assistance in moving a load. One call to Bert's and he said "Bring it in." Their kindness and efficiency is second to none. I have NEVER come across a company with their dedication to customer service. I highly recommend Bert's if you're in Umatilla and need some assistance.

I needed a new wiper arm (can't pass inspection without it). While the blades are interchangeable I needed the part the blade mounts on. My car is older and the part has been discontinued for several years. None left at any dealer or salvage yard in my whole state. Found Bert's online and gave them a call. They were friendly, offered to call me back and make sure the part was physically there. They round the part,took my card number over the phone, got my address and advised a reasonable shipping fee would be added (I approved the amount prior to charge). I received my part in 3 days in perfect condition and am so happy that I found these guys! They will definitely be my first go to for parts in the future, Mahalo again, aloha!

The tow truck driver at Bert's went above and beyond the level of service I have ever had from a towing company. The cost was very reasonable. I hope I never need to use them again, but should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use Bert's again.

Great service! Got stranded on the 84 and he picked us up quickly, brought our car to the dealer, dropped us off at our hotel and even brought back an item that we had accidentally left in his truck! Great guy!

Fast service! Very professional and polite. Put my husbands truck back in the driveway where he can easily make repairs.
Considering how inconvenient a break down is, this tow service made it a lot less stressful

We walked in looking for a door handle for an older van. They didn't have it, but they looked on line and tried to find one for us. Ended up ordering one and it came in 2 days later! Great service, friendly employee..

E30 sport seats (!!!!!) Big time YAY dealing with Gene and Dennis and the rest of this friendly gang. I asked for photos and to kindly hold the seats for purchase/pickup, and they came through.

This place is in the desert...there are so many cars from last century that still have very little rust (if any). A few Z cars, a Pinto with factory sunroof, AMX, and of course, a straight AF 64 Impala front clip.

Never had a problem, and if it was, it was on 20 year old plus things so not their fault. Not a bad thing to say about the people or the prices

The staff is amazing they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and there 24 hour tow service is second to none no matter the conditions or what time it is they are always fast and affordable I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone
