Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center

Conway Regional has great equipments and services. I also want to give a 👍 about how clean they are. I have been a member for more than a year now, always happy to be there. It’s like a second home.

Top notch fitness center with the best equipment, safe location, clean facility, professional staff and trainers, family friendly. It's a bit more pricey than its competitors. Still, the amenities balances the scale.

Oh, my God, this place is super nice, super clean. The stiff is very Nice highly recommend. This place I will visit again on my next trip.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I’m a big fan of group exercise classes and they really do a great job of providing a wide variety of classes for all levels of fitness so beginners feel welcome! My favorite class is relaxation yoga with Lori. :)

My family and I have been members for years and I cannot imagine a better gym. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the gym is spacious with a wide variety of equipment and so much extra like a track, pool & hot tub, sauna, and racketball courts. There are always trainers on duty to answer any questions (my daughter and I have ventured into some weights and needed help on a few machines), and the bathrooms/lockers/shower area is very nice. Towels, cold filtered water for bottle refills, and cup holders on aerobic machines are really nice extras. The atmosphere in the gym is great, its typically fairly quiet, everyone is nice but there to do their respective exercise. You see people of all ages and fitness levels, couples, parents and kids, very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I love the fitness center! So many options for machines, weights, aqua, classes, and more. Updated schedules available each month, and they're always making improvements.

I came today to get help for me to get back on track my eating was off track I was needing some counseling so they help me with a menu to get me where I needed to be so far things are so much better in my life its wonderful to have some one to get you back on track.

I have been to quite a few gyms some expensive and some cheap, but this is by far my favorite not only because of the amenities but also the staff. Reed is one of the managers that helped me sign up and I’ve enjoyed going there every time and, in my opinion the price is worth it! I normally don’t enjoy working out but every time I work out there an hour seems to fly by!

Clean and friendly environment! Folks at all fitness levels so there is no feeling of judgement as to size, strength, etc. Staff very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!!!

We take our kids here for swimming lessons. So far it has been a good experience! Place looks clean and well managed. Staff working at the front desk have been helpful and nice too!

Absolutely love the gym and it’s amenities! We finally joined. The membership prices are slightly steep but I’d rather pay for comfort and updated equipment/services instead of going somewhere where staff is unpleasant and half the machines are down. Love the sauna and cycling classes!

Called to get information on getting swimming lessons and the man I spoke to was so nice and gave me all info I needed!

Great staff here!!! They are always friendly and great you when you come in. Huge selection of cardio equipment, weights, classes, etc. This place has everything you could imagine in a fitness center. Very glad I signed up. My wife and I come here several times a week.

This is a great place. It has what the other gyms have along with basketball, racket ball, yoga, biking and many more. I have bad back and get a great body massage from the powerful jacuzzi jets. They're at multiple levels. Also, the saunas are great to. No other gym comes close too features offered here.

Love Conway Regional Fitness center and have never felt more comfortable in a gym before. They literally offer everything from swimming to personal fitness training and help for you with dietitians. Everyone is always super friendly and very helpful

Great home facility! I'm so happy Conway has such a great medical faculty in place for the local and rural communities. It makes a good social impact for the good of all! Ty!
