Quality Inn & Conference Center

Had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn in Heber Springs AR. It's super close to Greers Ferry Lake, Dam Site, Sandy Beach, and the Little Red River. I was so impressed with our room I decided to stay an additional night. Staff was very friendly. After a fun day at the lake we went to the motel pool which was nice and clean and even had towels outside. Breakfast was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. I felt safe hanging out wet swimsuits and towels outside on the balcony. Microwave and fridge r in the room, some hotels r doing away with microwaves in all rooms, and u have to use a community microwave , I don't like that. So I was greatful to have a microwave inside the room. Pizza Hut delivered to this hotel.
I will definitely stay here again when returning to Heber Springs.

Great staff, wonderful care. One is certainly made to feel welcome. The location is amazing; the morning views are unmatched!

Lisa and her staff are what make the stay a 5 star. It is not the newest building around but is clean and tidy and everything worked like it should. That being said, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and a pretty good breakfast too made for a great stay. Would stay again anytime.

Oct 2022. All the other reviews are true- this has got to be the cleanest Quality Inn that I've ever been to! Very satisfied with that, the breakfast was sufficient. Bagged egg sandwich/burrito with nut bar and there was juice, milk, cereal, coffee, pancakes that you can grab also. I stayed in a king-bed room, very large with a body size mirror and the room had more than enough space! It had a small kitchenette and a safe- the only downside was the bathroom was a bit small but it was doable. They accepted dogs which was a huge plus for me, at $25 extra per stay, and the hotel itself was very economical. Nice little town, and the lobby is located on the back side when driving in so it gave more privacy from the main road. I highly recommend this hotel if you'll be in the area!

Great place! Not fancy but was very clean and comfortable.

I needed surgery done in Heber Springs, so my husband and I drove up the day before and checked in here. From start to finish this place was great! The beds were comfortable, and the staff were beyond awesome! They were so friendly and helpful! They even have some little snack food items for sale like cup of noodle and chips. They have a nice little fenced in pool area and the water was pure heaven! There were plenty of towels, every other guest we crossed paths with were also super friendly! We had no issues with noise level. The room was very clean and comfortable! Also, quite a bit larger than I thought it would be. This will be our choice of hotel any time we need to stay in Heber Springs!!

This was one of the most coziest, quiet, and homiest hotels I have stayed in! I was visiting for family and Mrs. Lisa was amazing at customer service, making our stay in a town and state I have never been too before comfortable and peaceful. I will stay here each time I visit! Make sure you check out Bridal Veil Falls when you visit!

What a great spot!! Nice large rooms, very clean, comfortable beds, and super nice staff!! The only downside is that they do not have queen beds, they are Full size mattress. I was traveling with my wife and young daughter, and my wife and I do not sleep comfortably on such a small bed together. So as a courtesy, they upgraded us to a king suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. My wife and I slept very comfortably in the king size bed, and my daughter was excited about sleeping on a pullout couch. It was very nice of them to accommodate me in such a way, with no additional charge. They certainly did not have to do that, and I was very grateful that they did so. I would definitely recommend this be the place you stayed if you’re ever in the area. The all-around feel of the hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as well, eggs, biscuits with gravy, pancakes, and pastries. This is also a pet friendly hotel, and it was a reasonable price to allow my pet to be here with us at only $25. All around good spot, can’t say that enough!!!

I booked the conference center for my 20 year class reunion. Several of us booked rooms and stayed in the hotel as well. It was a fabulous experience. The conference center was exactly what we needed. The maintenance man had set up the tables and tablecloths exactly the way we wanted them, and he was available 24/7 to help if needed. Lisa went above and beyond working with me for months to prepare for this event. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were great as well. Very nice and clean!

We had to go to heber springs because all hotels in Batesville were full! Really glad in a way that happened because we found a wonderful location that was reasonably priced and very clean and well stocked with plastic cups and coffee for next morning. They have a pool behind the hotel (outside) that's fenced in and clean. Only downfall is that if you get upper floor there are no elevators. They do have a nice porch area with picnic tables to sit outside at. There are no restaurants in walking distance but a mile down road they begin and there's loads of them!

We really enjoyed our stay here over memorial day weekend. Even though it was a holiday weekend it was still affordable and didn't feel crowded. The location was great for us because we planned on swimming at the lake which was about a 1 minute drive from the hotel. The staff were some of the nicest and most welcoming people. They took good care of us and our dog. There isn't a huge selection for breakfast but that doesn't really bother me. I liked the pancake maker.

The room was clean and everything worked. Housekeeping did an excellent job! The layout is a bit unusual and the lobby is located at the back of the building but it was quiet in the room and I enjoyed my night here.

Our stay was great we will continue to come back. My fiance and I would like to definitely point out Mr.Brandons customer service he was very polite and just overall excilent. Honestly Brandon needs to be manager if you ask me if he is not already and teach some others his skills!

Rooms were nice, staff was great, breakfast surprisingly good. I cannot say enough about how nice and accommodating the staff are. I left a very expensive pair of shoes there. The manager JJ answered the call, she actually went to the room herself, and then mailed them to me with her own personal funds and refused to let me reimburse her. She by far did not have to do that, but its the little things we will never forget.

We had a very clean and comfy room. When we arrived the room was already cooled off for us which was refreshing. The continental breakfast was sufficient to get your day started. We would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I attended an a preaching Conference and the Church arranged for us to stay at Quality Inn. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The hit breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean. There was an outside pool but it was not open but that was okay because it rained most of the time.

Super clean rooms, excellent beds, even a small kitchen! The desk folk couldn't be friendlier. We needed a place to stay while completing our move, and are so thankful out realtor suggested.

Great rooms for the price. Wonderful staff. Clean comfortable and location is really easy to access the town.

We travel BIG Ann's were worried about enough room but Quality Inn had no trouble delivering! King size bed, comfy queen pull out, and a roll-away bed! There was STILL plenty of room to get around in our room! The staff was incredibly kind and full of helpful info about the areas attractions. Heber Springs is a great place to visit!

Our room was spacious, very clean, very fresh. Property was well kept, breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back.
